Description
Claims (9)
- 적어도 하나의 PTC 가열소자(6)와, 상기 PTC 가열소자(6)에 전력을 공급하기 위해 상기 PTC 가열소자(6)에 접촉된 두 개의 전극판(2), 및 각각 열전도 방식으로 상기 전극판들 중 하나에 연결되어 있는 두 개의 방열체를 포함하는 전기가열장치에 있어서,절연체(3)가 상기 전극판들(2) 중 하나와 상기 전극판(2)에 연결된 상기 방열체(5) 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연체(3)가 플러스 전극판(2)과 상기 플러스 전극판(2)에 인접하여 배열된 방열체(5) 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방열체들(4, 5)이 파형 리브로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 전극판들(2) 각각은 인접하여 배열되어 있는 상기 각 방열체(4, 5)와 전기적으로 절연되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전기가열장치는 다수의 PTC 가열소자(6)와 방열체들(4, 5)로 구성된 적층 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방열체들(17)을 전기적으로 절연하는 절연판이 이웃하는 방열체들(7) 사이에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 절연판(19)이 인접하는 방열체들(17) 사이에 배열되며, 상기 이웃하는 방열체들(17) 중 적어도 하나는 접지전위에 연결되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 적층 구조에서, 세 개의 연속적인 방열체들(17)은 상기 방열체들(17) 사이에 배열된 개개의 PTC 가열소자(18)를 갖으며, 상기 전기 절연체(3)와 함께 상기 각 플러스 전극판(2)은 상기 세 개의 이웃하는 방열체들(17) 중 중앙 방열체(17)에 인접하여 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기가열장치.
- 전기가열장치에 삽입용으로 사용되는 PTC 가열 스트립에 있어서, 상기 PTC 가열 스트립은,적어도 하나의 PTC 가열소자(6)와,상기 PTC 가열소자(6)를 수용하기 위한 적어도 하나의 개구부를 갖는 위치결정 프레임(1)과,상기 PTC 가열소자(6)의 대향하는 측면들 상에 각각 배열된 제1 및 제2 전극판들(2), 및상기 PTC 가열소자(6)에 대향하여 위치한 측면 상의 상기 전극판들(2) 중 적어도 하나의 전극판 상에 제공된 절연체(3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 가열 스트립.
