- 前記電池部(6)内の前記電池セル(5)は第1セル平面および第2セル平面(15、16)に配置され、前記第1セル平面および前記第2セル平面(15、16)は電池部(6)内に交互に配置され、各セル平面に沿って少なくとも2つの電池セル(5)が配置され、前記第1セル平面(15)の隣接電池セル(5)と前記第2セル平面(16)の隣接電池セル(5)との間に等しい距離が予め決められ、前記第1セル平面(15)の前記電池セル(5)は前記第2セル平面(16)の前記電池セル(5)からずらして配置され、前記引張要素(4)のうちの1つが通される少なくとも1つの外側通路部(17)が前記側方表面内に形成されるように全ての電池部(6)内の前記電池セル(5)が同様に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか一項および請求項7に記載の電池(2)。
- 前記電池セル(5)は前記電池部(6)のコーナー領域において他の2つの電池セル(5)に当接し、前記電池部(6)の端縁領域において他の3つの電池セル(5)に当接し、コーナー領域または端縁領域に配置されていない全ての電池セル(5)が他の6つの電池セル(5)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の電池(2)。
- 電池部(6)の終端端子が隣接電池部(6)の終端端子に導電可能および熱伝導可能に直接当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の電池(2)。
- 前記電池部(6)の前記電池セル(5)が通される少なくとも1つの位置決め板(10)が前記セル集合体(1)内に配置され、前記位置決め板(10)は少なくとも1つの電池セル(5)を通すための、前記電池部(6)の前記電池セル(5)の周囲の包囲体によって画成された、少なくとも1つの凹部を有し、前記凹部は、少なくとも1つの電池セル(5)を前記電池(2)の内部に位置決めし安定化させるために、前記少なくとも1つの電池セル(5)の周囲に形状嵌合式に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の電池(2)。
- 何れの場合も各接触部要素(7)の両側に位置決め板(10)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の電池(2)。
- 少なくとも1つの接触部要素(7)が放熱要素(12)を介してヒートシンクに熱伝導可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17の何れか一項に記載の電池(2)。
- 前記セル配列(1)は熱伝導性の筐体(33)によって囲まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18の何れか一項に記載の電池(2)。
- 前記放熱要素(12)は前記筐体(33)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項18および請求項19に記載の電池(2)。
- 前記接触部要素(7)は金属体として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20の何れか一項に記載の電池(2)。
- 前記接触部要素(7)は部分的に非導電材料製の導体構造要素として形成され、前記導体構造要素は第1の側(20)および第2の側(26)の各々に少なくとも1つの導電性および熱伝導性の接触部(21)を有し、各接触部(21)は他の各接触部(21)に導電可能および熱伝導可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20に記載の電池(2)。
- 前記導体構造要素の前記非導電材料に導電材料製および熱伝導材料製のコア(11)が配置され、前記コア(11)とは反対方向に向いた前記非導電材料の両側に何れの場合も前記少なくとも1つの接触部(21)が配置され、少なくとも1つの導電性および熱伝導性の貫通要素(29)が前記コア(11)を貫通し、前記コア(11)の両側に配置された前記非導電材料を貫通して延在し、前記貫通要素(29)は、前記第2の側(26)の前記接触部(21)への前記第1の側(20)の前記接触部(21)の導電性および熱伝導性の接続が前記貫通要素(29)を介して行われるように、および前記コア(11)によって熱流が採集されて前記導体構造要素から放散可能であるように、前記コア(11)から電気的に絶縁され、前記第1の側(20)の前記少なくとも1つの接触部(21)および前記第2の側(26)の前記少なくとも1つの接触部(21)に導電可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の電池(2)。
- 少なくとも2つの接触部(21)と導電性および熱伝導性の接続部(23)とが前記導体構造要素の前記第1の側(20)に配置され、前記接続部(23)は前記第1の側(20)の前記接触部(21)を互いに導電可能および熱伝導可能に接続し、前記第1の側(20)の各接触部(21)に電気ヒューズ(24)が対応付けられ、前記接続部(23)は各接触部(21)にこの接触部(21)に対応付けられた電気ヒューズ(24)を介して接続され、前記接続部(23)は、前記導体構造要素の前記第1の側(20)の各接触部(21)が前記第1の側(20)の他の各接触部(21)に、および前記導体構造要素の前記第2の側(26)の各接触部(21)に、少なくとも1つの電気ヒューズによって固定されるように、導電性の貫通要素(29)を介して前記導体構造要素の前記非導電材料を通って前記第2の側(26)の前記少なくとも1つの接触部(21)に導電可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項22または23に記載の電池(2)。
