Claims (6)
- 가스 사용 설비로부터 배출된 배기 가스를 회수하여, 이 배기 가스 중에 포함되는 유용 성분 가스를 분리정제한 후, 얻어진 유용 성분 가스를 상기 가스 사용 설비에 공급하는 가스 공급 방법에 있어서, 상기 가스 사용 설비로부터 배출된 배기 가스에, 상기 유용 성분 가스와 동일 성분의 보충 가스를 첨가하고 나서 유용 성분 가스의 분리정제를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보충 가스는 분리정제를 하는 가스의 성분비가 일정하게 되도록 상기 배기 가스에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 공급 방법.
- 가스 사용 설비로부터 배출된 배기 가스를 회수하여 저류하는 배기 가스 저류 탱크와, 배기 가스 중에 포함되는 유용 성분 가스를 분리하는 가스 분리 수단과, 상기 배기 가스 저류 탱크내의 가스를 상기 가스 분리 수단에 도입하는 가스 도입 수단과, 상기 가스 분리 수단에 도입되는 가스 중에 상기 유용 성분 가스와 동일 성분의 보충 가스를 첨가하는 가스 보충 수단과, 상기 가스 분리 수단에서 분리한 유용 성분 가스 중에 존재하는 불순물을 제거하는 가스정제수단과, 이 가스 정제 수단에서 정제한 유용 성분 가스를 상기 가스 사용 설비에 공급하는 가스 공급 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 보충 수단은 상기 배기 가스 저류 탱크 내에 상기 보충 가스를 첨가하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스공급장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 분리 수단에 도입되는 가스의 성분을 검출하는 가스 성분 검출 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 보충 수단은 상기 가스 성분 검출 수단의 검출치에 따라서 상기 보충 가스의 첨가량을 조절하는 보충 가스 첨가량 조절 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 공급 장치.
