Description
Claims (13)
- 광학 필름;광학 필름에 고정된 압출가능한 열가소성 중합체층; 및복합 다층 광학체가 80 ℃ 초과에서 치수 안정적이도록 중합체층에 고정된 치수 안정층을 포함하는 다층 광학체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 필름이 배향된 광학 필름을 포함하는 것인 다층 광학체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체층이 250 ℃ 초과의 온도에서 용융상으로 열적으로 안정한 것인 다층 광학체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체층이 치수 안정층의 굴절 지수와의 차가 0.06 이내인 굴절 지수를 갖는 것인 다층 광학체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체층이 광학 필름 및 치수 안정층의 굴절 지수 사이의 굴절 지수를 갖는 것인 다층 광학체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치수 안정층 및 중합체층이 광학 필름 상으로의 공압출에의해 형성된 것인 다층 광학체.
- 배향된 광학 필름; 및공압출되거나 압출 코팅된 치수 안정층을 포함하는 다층 광학체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 광학 필름에 고정되며 80 ℃ 초과의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 중합체층을 더 포함하는 다층 광학체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광학 필름이 다층으로 이루어지며, 광학 필름의 하나 이상의 층이 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 다층 광학체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치수 안정층이 폴리카르보네이트, 또는 폴리카르보네이트와 PET, CoPET, PEN 또는 CoPEN의 블렌드를 포함하거나, 또는 폴리스티렌 또는 폴리스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것인 다층 광학체.
- 광학 필름;광학 필름에 고정된 압출가능한 열가소성 중합체층; 및복합 다층 광학체가 80 ℃ 초과의 온도에서 치수 안정적이도록 중합체층에 고정된 치수 안정층을 포함하며, 치수 안정층 및 중합체층이 광학 필름 상으로의 압출에 의해 형성된 것인 다층 광학체.
- 다층 배향된 광학 필름;광학 필름에 접착되며 85 ℃ 초과의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 폴리에스테르층; 및중합체층에 접착된 압출된 치수 안정층을 포함하는 다층 광학체.
- 광학 필름을 포함하는 제1 필름을 제공하는 단계;85 ℃ 초과의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 열가소성 중합체 물질을 포함하는 제2 필름을 형성하는 단계;제3 필름을 형성하는 단계; 및제1 필름을 제2 필름에 접착시키고, 제2 필름을 제3 필름에 접착시켜 치수 안정적인 광학체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 뒤틀림 방지 광학체의 형성 방법.
