Claims (10)
- SRG3 게놈 유전자의 일부, 네오마이신 저항 유전자 및 디프테리아 독소 유전자로 이루어진 SRG3 유전자 적중벡터(targeting vector).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 네오마이신 저항 유전자는 상동재조합시 SRG3 유전자의 네 번째 엑손을 대체시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적중 벡터.
- 제 1항의 적중 벡터가 도입되어 상동재조합된 배아간세포.
- 제 3항의 배아간세포를 대리모에 착상시켜 제조한 SRG3 유전자 결핍 키메라(chimera) 생쥐.

- 제 5항의 SRG3 +/- 유전자형을 갖는 SRG3 유전자 결핍 생쥐로부터 얻어진 수정란(수탁번호 : KCTC 10069BP).
- 제 6항의 수정란을 대리모에 착상시켜 얻은 SRG3 +/- 유전자형을 갖는 SRG3 유전자 결핍 생쥐.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 대리모는 가임신된 암컷 생쥐인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 결핍 생쥐.
- 제 7항의 SRG+/- 유전자형을 갖는 SRG3 유전자 결핍 생쥐를 교배시켜 제조되는 SRG3 -/- 유전자형을 갖는 SRG3 유전자 결핍 생쥐 배아.
- 1) SRG3 유전자에 대한 적중벡터를 제조하는 단계;2) 상기 적중벡터를 배아간세포에 도입하여 상동재조합에 의해 SRG3 유전자의 일부가 결손된 배아간세포 클론을 얻는 단계;3) 상기 SRG3 유전자 결핍 배아간세포를 정상 낭배(blastocyte)의 세포속덩이(inner cell mass)에 미세주입하여 키메라(chimera) 생쥐를 얻는 단계; 및4) 상기 키메라 생쥐를 정상 생쥐와 교배시켜 SRG3 +/- 유전자형을 갖는 SRG3 한쪽 유전자 결핍 생쥐를 얻는 단계로 구성되는 SRG3 유전자 결핍 생쥐의 제조방법.
