Claims (3)
- 공기량 10∼40%, 소일크리트 고화재:혼합토=1:0∼1:5의 혼합물로 구성되고, 단위수량은 100∼500 kgf이며, 혼합물의 물리적 특성은 단위 체적중량:0.5∼ 1.5kgf/㎥, 압축강도:3∼10kgf/㎠, 유동성:100∼200mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전ㆍ매립 및 성토를 위한 기포혼합 경량 소일시멘트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소일크리트 고화재는 포틀랜드시멘트 1∼5종에 슬래그 분말, 플라이애시, 실리카흄, 화산재, 제올라이트, 왕겨재(rice husk), 규조토 등의 포졸란물질이 20∼80% 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 충전ㆍ매립 및 성토를 위한 기포혼합 경량 소일시멘트.
- 공사 현장에서 발생하는 잔토와 소일크리트 고화재 및 물을 소정의 배합비로 혼합하여 소일시멘트 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;기포제와 물을 소정 비율로 섞어 기포를 발생시키는 단계; 및상기 단계에서 만들어진 소일시멘트 슬러리와 기포군을 균질하게 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전ㆍ매립 및 성토를 위한 기포혼합 경량 소일시멘트의 제조방법.
