Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- N형 칼슘 채널을 암호화하는 유전자를 파괴하여, 기능성 N형 칼슘 채널을 결실시킨 비사람 동물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비사람 동물이 설치류인 동물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 비사람 동물이 마우스인 동물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, N형 칼슘 채널의 α1B서브유니트를 암호화하는 유전자가 파괴된 동물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유전자가 (a) 서열 1에 제시된 염기 서열을 포함하는 DNA 또는 (b) 서열 1에 제시된 염기 서열을 포함하는 DNA와 엄격한 조건하에 하이브리드화할 수 있으며, 기능성 N형 칼슘 채널의 α1B서브유니트를 암호화하는 DNA를 포함하는 동물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 동물에게 물질을 투여하고, 당해 물질의 당해 동물에 대한 작용을 측정함을 포함하여, 물질의 작용을 측정하는방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 동물 및 야생형의 동물에게 물질을 투여하고, 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 동물과 야생형의 동물에 대한 당해 물질의 작용을 비교하여, 당해 물질의 N형 칼슘 채널에 관련되는 작용을 측정함을 포함하여, 물질의 작용을 측정하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 기재된 방법에 의해 물질의 약리 작용을 측정함을 포함하여, 약리 작용을 갖는 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법.
- 제8항에 기재된 방법에 의해 수득되는, 약리 작용을 갖는 물질.
- 제8항에 기재된 방법에 의해 약리 작용을 갖는 물질을 스크리닝하고, 수득된 물질을 유효 성분으로서 포함하는 의약을 제조함을 포함하여, 의약을 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 약리 작용이 혈압을 강하시키는 작용인 방법.
- 제11항에 기재된 방법에 의해 수득되는, 혈압을 강하시키는 작용을 갖는 물질.
- 제11항에 기재된 방법에 의해 혈압을 강하시키는 작용을 갖는 물질을 스크리닝하고, 수득된 물질을 유효 성분으로서 포함하는 혈압 강하제를 제조함을 포함하여, 혈압 강하제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 약리 작용이 진통 작용인 방법.
- 제14항에 기재된 방법에 의해 수득되는, 진통 작용을 갖는 물질.
- 제14항에 기재된 방법에 의해 진통 작용을 갖는 물질을 스크리닝하여, 수득된 물질을 유효 성분으로서 포함하는 진통제를 제조함을 포함하여, 진통제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 약리 작용이 혈당치를 저하시키는 작용인 방법.
- 제17항에 기재된 방법에 의해 수득되는, 혈당치를 저하시키는 작용을 갖는 물질.
- 제17항에 기재된 방법에 의해 혈당치를 저하시키는 작용을 갖는 물질을 스크리닝하고, 수득된 물질을 유효 성분으로서 포함하는 혈당치 저하제를 제조함을 포함하여, 혈당치 저하제를 제조하는 방법.
