Claims (8)
- 관찰자가 보기 위한 광학상을 만들기 위한 수단을 구비한 광학 기기에 있어서,중간 초점 또는 상기 광학 기기의 상 평면에 위치하고 상기 광학 기기를 통과하는 빛의 회절간섭을 야기시켜 상기 광학 기기의 광학축에 횡방향으로 서로에 대해 변위되는 다수의 출사동공의 조합을 갖는 확대 출사동공을 만드는데 효과적인 다수 영역의 패턴을 구비하는 회절요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수 영역의 패턴은 서로 다른 크기 및 형상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회절요소는 상기 영역 패턴의 다수의 중첩영역패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 영역패턴은 필요한 정도의 확대 출사동공을 제공하고 상기 확대 출사동공의 범위에 걸쳐 원하는 빛 에너지 분포를 제공하도록 결정된 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회절요소는 상기 광학요소의 표면상에 형성되거나 이 광학요소의 표면과 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기기.
- 광학요소에 사용하기 위한 회절요소에 있어서,상기 광학요소를 통과하거나 상기 광학요소에 의해 반사되는 빛의 회절간섭을 야기시켜 상기 광학 기기의 광학축에 횡방향으로 서로에 대해 변위되는 다수의 출사동공의 조합을 갖는 확대 출사동공을 만드는데 효과적인 다수 영역의 패턴을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회절요소.
- 도면을 참조하여 실제로 위에 기술한바와 같은, 동작하도록 구성되고 배열된 광학 기기.
