Description
Claims (15)
- 관찰자가 볼 수 있도록 광학상을 만들기 위한 광학기기로서, 중간 초점 또는 상 평면에 위치하는 회절요소를 포함하되, 상기 회절요소는 이 회절요소를 통과하거나 이 회절요소에 의해 반사되는 다색광의 회절간섭을 일으키는데 효과적인 다수 영역으로 된 패턴의 다수의 중복형성부(replications)를 포함하고, 상기 다수 영역들은 서로 다른 크기와 형상으로 이루어진 영역들을 포함하며, 상기 다수의 중복형성부는 광학기기의 광학축을 가로질러 서로 뒤바뀌어 놓여 확대 출사동공의 범위 전체에 걸쳐서 균일한 빛 에너지 분포를 가지는 단일의 연속적인 확대 출사동공으로 보일 수 있도록하는 다수의 출사동공을 만들도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다수 영역의 영역들은 2 차원인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다수 영역의 영역들은 3 차원인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 다수 영역의 영역들은 돌기부들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 돌기부들은 하나의 높이를 갖는 상태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 돌기부들은 하나보다 더 많은 높이를 갖는 상태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 다수 영역의 영역들은 함몰부들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 함몰부들은 하나의 깊이를 갖는 상태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 함몰부들은 하나보다 더 많은 깊이를 갖는 상태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다수의 중복형성부는 확대 출사동공의 범위 외에서는 무의미한 빛 에너지 레벨을 형성하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
