Claims (10)
- 애노드, 캐쏘드, 및 상기 애노드와 캐쏘드 사이에 배치되며 하기 화학식 1의 반복 단위를 갖는 디아릴안트라센계 공액 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 발광 물질을 갖는 방출층을 포함하는 전기발광 장치.화학식 1상기 식에서,Ar1, Ar2및 Ar은 각각 개별적으로 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴이거나;Ar1, Ar2및 Ar은 각각 개별적으로 탄소수 4 내지 40의 치환된 헤테로아릴 또는 치환되지 않은 헤테로아릴이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar1및 Ar2가 개별적으로 하기 화학식의 구조를 나타내는 전기발광 장치:상기 식에서,R은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 24의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 28의 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴, 탄소수 4 내지 40의 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴, 시아노기, 니트로기, 염소, 브롬 또는 불소 원자를 포함하는 치환체이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar이 하기 화학식의 구조를 나타내는 전기발광 장치.상기 식에서,R은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 24의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 28의 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴, 탄소수 4 내지 40의 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴, 시아노기, 니트로기, 염소, 브롬 또는 불소 원자를 포함하는 치환체이고;m은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,Ar이 하기 화학식의 구조를 나타내는 전기발광 장치.상기 식에서,m은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar이 하기 화학식의 구조를 나타내는 전기발광 장치.상기 식에서,R은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 24의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 28의 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴, 탄소수 4 내지 40의 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴, 시아노기, 니트로기,염소, 브롬 또는 불소 원자를 포함하는 치환체이다.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,Ar이 하기 화학식의 구조를 나타내는 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar이 하기 화학식의 구조를 나타내는 전기발광 장치.상기 식에서,R은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 24의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 28의 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴, 탄소수 4 내지 40의 헤테로아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로아릴, 시아노기, 니트로기, 염소, 브롬 또는 불소 원자를 포함하는 치환체이다.
