Claims (27)
- 치환 또는 비치환 트리아릴렌인 다음 화학식 I의 트리아릴렌 반복 단위와, 이 트리아릴렌 반복 단위와 상이한 아릴렌 반복 단위 Ar 를 포함하는 것이 특징인 발광 고분자.상기 식에 있어서, X, Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 O, S, CR2, SiR2 또는 NR이고, 각각의 R는 독립적으로 알킬, 아릴 또는 H이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비치환 트리아릴렌인 다음 화학식의 트리아릴렌 반복 단위를 포함하는 고분자는 제외되는 것인 발광 고분자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다음 화학식 II의 반복 단위를 포함하는 것인 발광 고분자.트리아릴렌 반복 단위 - Ar (II)
- 제3항에 있어서, 화학식 III의 치환 또는 비치환 반복 단위를 포함하는 것인 발광 고분자.상기 식에 있어서, X, Y 및 Z는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 트리아릴렌 반복 단위는 다음 화학식 IV의 단위를 포함하는 것인 발광 고분자.상기 식에 있어서, R1 내지 R6 중 적어도 하나는 알킬, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬, CN 또는 할라이드 치환체를 포함한다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X, Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 O 또는 S인 것인 발광 고분자.
- 제6항에 있어서, X, Y 및 Z는 각각 S인 것인 발광 고분자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ar는 2,7-결합 9,9 디알킬 플루오렌, 2,7-결합 9,9 디아릴 플루오렌, p-결합 디알킬 페닐렌, p-결합 디알콕시 페닐렌, 페닐렌 비닐렌, 2,5-결합 벤조티아디아졸, 2,5-결합 알킬 벤조티아디아졸, 2,5-결합 디알킬 벤조티아디아졸, 2,5-결합 치환 또는 비치환 티오펜, 트리아릴아민 또는 비스 트리아릴아민을 포함하는 것인 발광 고분자.
- 제8항에 있어서, Ar는 2,7-결합 9,9 디옥틸 플루오렌을 포함하는 것인 고분자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다음 화학식 V의 추가의 반복 단위를 더 포함하는 것인 발광 고분자.상기 반복 단위는 치환되거나 또는 비치환된 것인데, 여기서 Q는 O, S, CR2, SiR2 또는 NR이다.
- 제10항에 있어서, Q는 O 또는 S인 것인 발광 고분자.
- 제11항에 있어서, Q느 S인 것인 발광 고분자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합도가 밴드갭 수렴을 달성하기에 충분한 것인 발광 고분자.
- 제13항에 있어서, 중합도가 적어도 4인 발광 고분자.
- 기판과 이 기판 표면에 지지되는 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 고분자를 함유하는 조성물을 포함하는 광학 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 광학 장치는 전계 발광 장치를 포함하는 것인 광학 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 전계 발광 장치는,양전하 운반자 주입용 제1 전하 운반자 주입층과;음전하 운반자 주입용 제2 전하 운반자 주입층과;(i) 양전하 및 음전하 운반자를 수용 및 결합하여 발광시키기 위한 상기 전하 운반자 주입층들 사이에 위치하고, (ii) 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 고분자로 이루어진 광방출층을 포함하는 것인 광학 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전하 운반자 주입층과 광방출층 사이에 또는 상기 광방출층 내에 위치하는 음전하 운반자 전달 재료를 더 포함하는 것인 광학 장치.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전하 운반자 주입층과 광방출층 사이에 또는 상기 광방출층 내에 위치하는 양전하 운반자 전달 재료를 더 포함하는 것인 광학 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광방출층은 제1항에 기재된 발광 고분자와, 이 발광 고분자와 상이한 2종의 추가의 고분자로 이루어진 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 광학 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 2종의 추가의 고분자는 음전하 운반자 전달용 및/또는 양전하 운반자 전달용인 것인 광학 디바이스.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 다음의 고분자를 포함하는 것인 광학 장치.고분자 1상기 식에 있어서, n ≥ 4, 0.05 ≤ x + z ≤ 0.5 및 0.5 ≤ y이며, x + y+ z = 1이다.고분자 2상기 식에 있어서, x + y = 1이고, 0.5 ≤ x 및 y ≤ 0.5이며, n ≥ 2이다.고분자 3상기 식에 있어서, w + x + y = 1이고, w ≥ 0.5, 0 ≤ x + y ≤ 0.5이며, n ≥ 2이다.
- 광학 장치의 구성 요소로서 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 고분자의 용도.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 광학 장치는 전계 발광 장치를 포함하는 것인 고분자의 용도.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 발광 고분자와 양전하 운반자 전달 재료를 포함하는 혼합물을 함유하는 것이 특징인 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 음전하 운반자 전달 재료를 더 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 발광 고분자는 비치환 또는 치환 트리아릴렌인 다음 화학식의 트리아릴렌 반복 단위를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
