Claims (2)
- 원유를 저온 살균, 냉각, 무균충진하는 단계를 거쳐 우유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 원유를 저온 살균처리 한 후 유당분해 효소를 0.002 내지 0.003%(v/v) 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 유당분해 효소가 첨가된 우유의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의하여 제조되고, 유당이 0.01 내지 1 %(v/v) 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유당분해 효소가 첨가된 우유.
