Claims (9)
- 내부에서 밸브 폐쇄 부재가 가동적으로 안내되는 밸브 하우징,상기 밸브 폐쇄 부재에 끼워지며, 상기 밸브 하우징에 설치된 밸브 코일의 전자기적 통전에 의해 상기 밸브 하우징에 설치된 자석 코어 방향으로 스트로크 운동을 수행하는 자석 아마츄어, 및전자기적으로 비통전된 밸브 위치에서, 상기 자석 아마츄어를 상기 자석 코어로부터의 한정된 축방 거리에 위치시켜 상기 자석 아마츄어를 상기 자석 코어로부터 소정의 공간만큼 이격되도록 하는 스프링을 포함하는 전자석 밸브, 특히 자동차의 휠 슬립 제어 시스템용의 전자석 밸브에 있어서,스프링 (6) 에 부가하여, 비-선형 바람직하게는 프로그레시브 특성 곡선을 가지는 스프링 요소 (4) 가 상기 자석 아마츄어 (5) 에 작용하며, 상기 스프링 요소 (4) 가 자기력 (FM) 을 상쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소 (4) 가 상기 자석 아마츄어 (5) 의 단부면과 상기 자석 코어 (3) 의 단부면 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자석 코어 (3) 및 상기 자석 아마츄어 (5) 가 볼록형 또는 오목형의 평행한 단부면을 포함하며, 바람직하게는 플레이트-형상의 스프링 요소 (4) 가 레버 암을 통해 상기 단부면들의 돌출된 부분에 각각 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소 (4) 는 환상 와셔 형태이며, 이 환상 와셔는, 전자기적으로 비통전된 밸브 스위칭 위치에서, 그 형상의 내외부 가장자리가 상기 자석 코어 (3) 의 돌출된 단부면 및 상기 자석 아마츄어 (5) 의 돌출된 단부면에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소 (4), 스프링 (6), 자석 코어 (3), 및 자석 아마츄어 (5) 가 상기 밸브의 종축에 대해 동축으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소 (4) 가 전자기적으로 비통전된 밸브 스위칭 위치에서 상기 자석 코어와 자석 아마츄어 (5) 사이에 기울어져 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소 (4) 가 자속을 전도하는 재료, 특히 페라이트계 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소 (4) 가, 서로에 대해 평행하게 신장하는 자석 코어 (3) 및 자석 아마츄어 (5) 의 수평 단부면들 사이에 설치되는 컵 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소 (4) 는 환상 와셔 형태이며, 선형 특성 곡선을 가지는 스프링 (6) 에 의해 플레이트의 중심이 관통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석 밸브.
