Claims (2)
- 지지대(100) 상부에 용접된 하판(20)과;전 후 양측의 4개 스트레이트 샤프트(30)에 의해 결합되는 상판(40);상기 상판(40)에 고정 설치된 베어링 하우징(50)에 관통되어 일단에 모터 구동 풀리(61)와 클러치 브레이크(62)를 구비하고 타단에는 소재 이송 구동 풀리(63)를 갖는 크랭크샤프트(60);상기 크랭크샤프트(60)에 베어링 결합되어 상기 상판(40)으로 관통된 하부에 커넥팅 조인트(71)에 의해 슬라이더(72)와 결합되는 커넥팅 로드(70); 및상기 슬라이더(72)에는 상기 스트레이트 샤프트(30)에 결합된 슬라이드 파이프(31)에 관통되어 볼 베어링(32R)이 개재된 가이드 부싱(32)이 고정되어 커넥팅 로드(70)의 승강에 따라 슬라이더(72)가 승강 안내 되게 구성 된 것을 특징으로 한 크랭크형 고속 프레스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더(72)는 중앙 몸체(72B)의 사방 모서리 부로 연장된 암(72A)을 갖는 구조로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 크랭크형 고속 프레스.
