Claims (1)
- 요동축(1)에 상부금형(2)을 클램프(2a)로 고정시켜 축 하우징(3)으로 상부 프레임(4)에 설치하고, 요동축 하우징(3) 상단에 구면부시(23)를 설치하여 접시 스프링(24)과 베어링(25)으로 구성된 너트(26)를 조이면 요동축(1)의 구면은 요동축 하우징(3)의 구면에 밀착 고정되게 하며, 요동축(1)의 상부에는 이중 편심링(5)을 설치하여 트랜스미션부(T)의 트랜스미션(6)과 연결시키며, 이중편심링(5)을 회전시키면 요동축(1)은 요동축(1)의 구면중심(상부금형의 꼭지점)으로 이중 편심량 만큼 구동되고 자전운동하게 한다. 하부금형(7)은 플로팅 코어(8)를 중심으로 인서트 링(9), 플로팅 금형(10), 상부 플레이트(11), 중간 플레이트(12), 가이드 플레이트(13)로 구성되고, 볼스터의 구조는 하부금형(7)을 장착할 수 있는 하부 금형 하우징(27)과 금형을 회전시키는 유압모터(28)가 설치되어 있으며, 코어하우징(14)에 가이드 플레이트(13)를 금형 하우징(27)에 고정시키고 플로팅코어(8), 이젝트 지지관(15)에 링이젝터(16)를 코어하우징(14)에 조립 구성시켜 하부 하우징(17)에 안착시키고, 메인 프레임(18)에는 실린더(19)와 스톱퍼(20)로 구성되며 상부 프레임(4)과 메인 프레임(18)사이에 하부 하우징(17)을 두고 기둥(21)(21′)으로 축 연결하여 기둥(21)(21′)의 하단부 볼스터안에 로드셀(22)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전성형분말 단조프레스.
