Claims (7)
- 일 극성의 제 1전극 층의 두께는 상기 일 극성의 제 2전극 층의 두께와 다른것을 특징으로 하는 상기 일 극성의 상기 제 1전극 층(114), 제 1 전해질 층(110), 역 극성의 전극 층(108), 제 2 전해질 층(112) 및 상기 일 극성의 상기 제 2전극 층(116)을 포함하고, 상기 일 극성의 상기 전극 층들은 병렬 연결에 의해 연결되어 있고, 소자는 상기 일 극성의 상기 전극 층들에 연결된 전류 콜렉터들(118, 120)을 더 포함하는 전기화학 제너레이터 소자(102).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 일 극성의 상기 전극 층들(114, 116)은 양의 전극 층들이고, 상기 역 극성의 상기 전극 층은 음의 전극 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 제너레이터 소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 음의 전극 층(108)은 리튬 또는 리튬에 근거한 합금으로 만들어지고, 상기 전해질 층들(110, 112)은 고체 중합체로 만들어지며, 그리고 상기 양의 전극 층들(114, 116)은 산화바나듐, 산화니켈, 산화코발트 또는 산화망간을 포함하는 복합물 또는 이 산화물들의 혼합물로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 제너레이터 소자.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 1양의 전극 층(114)의 두께는 80 ㎛와 200 ㎛사이이며, 바람직하게는 100 ㎛와 160 ㎛사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 제너레이터 소자.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 1양의 전극 층(114)의 두께는 130 ㎛와 170 ㎛사이이며, 바람직하게는 140 ㎛와 160 ㎛사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 제너레이터 소자.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 2양의 전극 층(116)의 두께는 10 ㎛와 50 ㎛사이이며, 바람직하게는 20 ㎛와 40 ㎛사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 제너레이터 소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 소자를 적어도 하나 포함하는 전기화학 전지.
