Claims (11)
- 회전 전기 기계의 로터 또는 스테이터 권선의 전도성 세그먼트(16)의 조립 방법에 있어서,전도성 세그먼트(16)의 자유 단부가 로터 또는 스테이터의 코어(12)를 지나 돌출하도록, 전도성 세그먼트(16)를 로터 또는 스테이터의 코어(12)내에 배치된 슬롯(18)에 삽입하는 단계와,상기 전도성 세그먼트의 자유 단부를 접는 단계와,로터 또는 스테이터 둘레에 권선을 형성하도록 전도성 세그먼트(16)를 쌍을 이루어 그 돌출 자유 단부를 용접하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 전도성 세그먼트는 전기 절연 재료의 층으로 피복된 전기 전도 재료의 와이어로 각각 형성되며, 전도성 세그먼트를 용접하는데 사용되는 수단에 의해 전도성 세그먼트가 용접되는 영역에서 전기 절연 재료의 층이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 절연 재료의 층이 제거되는 단계는 전도성 세그먼트(16)의 용접 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법,
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 세그먼트의 용접에 이어, 용접 동안 생성된 전기 절연 재료의 부스러기(debris)가 제거되는 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트 조립 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 부스러기 제거 단계는 용접된 영역이 브러싱되는 단계를 포함하며, 흡입 단계가 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,용접 방법은 전자 빔 타입의 용접 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,전자 빔의 일반적인 축은 로터 또는 스테이터의 축에 대해 약 45°로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,용접 동안, 전자 빔은 전체 용접 영역에 걸쳐 스위핑(sweeping) 운동이 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용접 방법은 레이저 용접 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 용접 수단은 순차적으로 구동되며, 두 용접 작업 사이에서는 레이저 빔이 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,두 용접 작업 사이에서 레이저 빔은 전도성 세그먼트의 용접될 자유 단부(22, 24)에 대해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 용접될 자유 단부(22, 24)는 내부 삼각형을 형성하는 관통 용접 심의 형성을 위한 챔퍼를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는전도성 세그먼트의 조립 방법.
