Claims (9)
- 원유 및/또는 피치 공급원료를 함유하는 원유 분획을 노의 대류 지역에 제공된 제 1 단계 예열기에 공급하고, 제 1 단계 예열기내 공급원료를 적어도 375℃의 배출 온도로 가열하여 가열된 가스-액체 혼합물을 생성하며, 가열된 가스-액체 혼합물을 제 1 단계 예열기로부터 증기-액체 분리기로 회수하며, 증기-액체 분리기내 액체로부터 가스를 분리 및 제거한 다음, 제거된 가스를 대류 지역에 제공된 제 2 단계 예열기에 공급하여, 가스의 온도를 증기-액체 분리기에서 배출되는 가스의 온도 이상의 온도로 추가로 가열하며, 예열된 가스를 열분해로의 복사 지역으로 도입하고, 가스를 올레핀 및 관련 부산물로 열분해하는 단계를 포함하는, 올레핀 열분해로내 원유 및/또는 피치 공급원료를 함유하는 원유 분획의 열분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각 ASTM D-2887에 따라 측정하여, 공급원료의 85 wt% 이하가 350℃에서 기화되고, 원유 공급원료의 90 wt% 이하가 400℃에서 기화되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 공급원료가 11 내지 18 범위의 압력 및 140 내지 300℃ 범위의 온도에서 제 1 단계 예열기에 공급되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계 예열기내 공급원료가 적어도 400℃의 배출 온도로 가열되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스-액체 비가 60/40 내지 98/2 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희석 가스가 제 1 단계 예열기내 공급원료에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과열된 수증기가 제 2 단계 예열기로 들어가기에 앞서, 제거된 가스와 병합되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀이 기화된 공급원료의 중량을 기준으로, 15 내지 30 wt%의 양으로 에틸렌을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 또는 혼합된 액체/가스상인 희석 유체가 제 1 단계 예열기에서 첨가되는 방법.
