Description
Claims (14)
- 제1 비디오 신호 및 녹화될 제2 비디오 신호를 시청하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 제1 기준 클록을 이용하여 제1 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계와,(b) 상기 제1 클록 신호를 이용하여 제2 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계와,(c) 상기 제1 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 상기 제1 클록 신호를 이용하여 메인 화면으로서 디스플레이에 제공하는 단계와,(d) 상기 제2 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 제2 클록 신호를 이용하여 상기 메인 화면 내의 PIP로서 디스플레이에, 그리고 녹화 출력 포트에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 비디오 신호 시청 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계 및 상기 제2 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계는 공통 비디오 디코더에 의해 실행되는 것인 비디오 신호 시청 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 비디오 신호 및 상기 제2 비디오 신호는 디지털 방식으로 인코딩되는 것인 비디오 신호 시청 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계 및 상기 제2 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계는 MPEG(moving pictures expert group) 포맷으로 인코딩된 비디오 신호들을 디코딩할 수 있는 공통 비디오 디코더 파이프에 의해 실행되는 것인 비디오 신호 시청 방법.
- 녹화 모니터를 디스플레이 상에 제공하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 제1 클록 신호를 이용하여 제1 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계와,(b) 상기 제1 클록 신호를 이용하여 제2 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계와,(c) 상기 제1 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 상기 제1 클록을 이용하여 디스플레이에 메인 화면으로서 제공하는 단계와,(d) 상기 제2 비디오 신호가 녹화용으로 선택되는 경우에, 상기 제2 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 제2 클록을 이용하여 상기 메인 화면 내의 PIP로서 디스플레이에 제공하고, 그렇지 않고, 상기 제1 비디오 신호가 녹화용으로 선택되는 경우에, 상기 제1 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 상기 제1 클록을 이용하여 상기 메인 화면 내의 PIP로서 디스플레이에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 비디오 신호 및 제2 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계는 공통 비디오 디코더에 의해 실행되는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 비디오 신호 및 제2 비디오 신호는 디지털 방식으로 인코딩되는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 비디오 신호 및 제2 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 단계는 MPEG(moving pictures expert group) 포맷으로 인코딩된 비디오 신호를 디코딩할 수 있는 공통 비디오 디코더 파이프에 의해 실행되는 것인 방법.
- 비디오 신호의 녹화를 모니터링하는 장치에 있어서,제1 인코딩된 비디오 신호 및 제2 인코딩된 비디오 신호를 디코딩할 수 있는 비디오 디코더 파이프와,상기 비디오 디코더 파이프에 결합되어, 제1 클록 신호를 이용하여 디스플레이하기 위해 제1 디코딩된 비디오 신호로부터 메인 화면을 발생시킬 수 있는 제1 채널 처리 회로와,상기 비디오 디코더 파이프에 결합되어, 제2 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 발생시킬 수 있는 제2 채널 처리 회로와,상기 제1 비디오 신호를 녹화용으로 선택하거나 상기 제2 비디오 신호를 녹화용으로 선택하는 선택 수단과,상기 제2 비디오 신호가 녹화용으로 선택되는 경우에, 상기 제2 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 제2 클록 신호를 이용하여 상기 메인 화면에 PIP로서 디스플레이하기 위하여 제공하고, 또 상기 제1 비디오 신호가 녹화용으로 선택되는 경우에, 상기 제1 디코딩된 비디오 신호를 상기 제1 클록을 이용하여 상기 메인 화면 내의 PIP로서 디스플레이에 제공하는 수단을 포함하는 비디오 신호 녹화 모니터링 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 채널 처리 회로 및 상기 제2 채널 처리 회로에 결합되어, 상기 제1 클록 신호를 발생시키는 기준 클록 발생기와,상기 PIP로서 디스플레이에 제공하는 수단에 결합되어, 상기 제2 비디오 신호가 녹화용으로 선택되는 경우에, 상기 제2 디코딩된 비디오 신호에 제2 클록을 제공하는 제2 채널 클록 발생기를 더 포함하는 것인 비디오 신호 녹화 모니터링 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 녹화용 아날로그 신호를 발생시키기 위하여 디지털 인코더를 더 포함하는 비디오 신호 녹화 모니터링 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 디지털 인코더는 상기 제2 비디오 신호가 녹화용으로 선택되는 경우에, 내부 수직 동기 신호를 발생시키고, 그렇지 않고, 상기 제1 비디오 신호가 녹화용으로 선택되는 경우에, 외부에서 발생되는 수직 동기 신호를 수신하는 비디오 신호 녹화 모니터링 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 비디오 신호를 토대로 외부에서 발생되는 수직 동기 신호를 발생시키는 수직 동기 신호 발생기를 더 포함하는 비디오 신호 녹화 모니터링 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비디오 디코더 파이프는 MPEG 포맷으로 인코딩되는 비디오 신호들을 디코딩할 수 있는 것인 비디오 신호 녹화 모니터링 장치.
