Claims (26)
- 3-OH 게피론 (gepirone), 3,5-디히드록시 게피론 및 5-OH 게피론으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 유효량의 게피론 대사물질 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염 또는 수화물을 포유동물에게 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 포유동물에서 생활성 게피론 대사물질을 사용하여 우울증 또는 불안증 또는 그의 증상을 완화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 게피론 대사물질이 3-OH 게피론 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염 또는 수화물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 게피론 대사물질이 3,5-디히드록시 게피론 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염 또는 수화물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 게피론 대사물질이 5-OH 게피론 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염 또는 수화물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 게피론 대사물질의 양이 체중 kg 당 약 0.1 내지 약 2 mg인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 3-OH 게피론의 양이 체중 kg 당 약 0.1 내지 약 2 mg인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 3,5-디히드록시 게피론의 양이 체중 kg 당 약 0.1 내지 약 2 mg인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 5-OH 게피론의 양이 체중 kg 당 약 0.1 내지 약 2 mg인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생활성 게피론 대사물질이 투여 2시간 이내에 포유동물의 혈장내에 약 1 내지 약 5 ng/㎖로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 3-OH 게피론이 투여 2시간 이내에 포유동물의 혈장내에 약 1 내지 약 5 ng/㎖로 존재하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 3,5-디히드록시 게피론이 투여 2시간 이내에 포유동물의 혈장내에 약 1 내지 약 5 ng/㎖로 존재하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 5-OH 게피론이 투여 2시간 이내에 포유동물의 혈장내에 약 1 내지 약 5 ng/㎖로 존재하는 방법.
- 무독성 유효량의 생활성 게피론 대사물질을 포유동물에게 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 포유동물에서의 바람직하지 못한 심리학적 상태를 호전시키는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 바람직하지 못한 심리학적 상태가 우울증, 불안증, 범불안장애, 공황장애, 강박성장애, 알콜남용, 중독, 비정형 우울증, 유아자폐증, 주요우울장애, 멜랑코리성 우울증, 월경전 증후군 및 주의력결핍 과다행동장애로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 게피론 대사물질이 3-OH 게피론인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 게피론 대사물질이 3-OH 게피론인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 3-OH 게피론의 양이 체중 kg 당 약 0.1 내지 약 2 mg인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 3-OH 게피론의 양이 체중 kg 당 약 0.1 내지 약 2 mg인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 3-OH 게피론이 투여 2시간 이내에 포유동물의 혈장내에 약 1 내지 약 5 ng/㎖로 존재하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 3-OH 게피론이 투여 2시간 이내에 포유동물의 혈장내에 약 1 내지 약 5 ng/㎖로 존재하는 방법.
- 5-OH 게피론 및 제약상 허용되는 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 경구 투여형으로 제제화된 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 서방형으로 제제화된 조성물.
- 3,5-디히드록시 게피론 및 제약상 허용되는 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 조성물.
