Claims (4)
- 높은 연성 및 경도, 내마모성 및 피로 저항력을 갖는 부품, 특히 100ppm 보다 적은 산소(O) 함량 및 DIN 50 602의 테스트에 따라서 최대한 3 K0-값에 해당하는 비금속 함유물의 함량 및 분자 배열을 갖는 공구를 분말야금학적으로 제조하기 위한 냉간가공 합금강으로서,2.05 내지 2.65 중량 %의 탄소(C), 2.0 중량 % 이하의 실리콘(Si), 2.0 중량 % 이하의 망간(Mn), 6.10 내지 9.80 중량 %의 크롬(Cr), 0.50 내지 2.40 중량 %의 텅스텐(W), 2.15 내지 4.70 중량 %의 몰리브덴(Mo), 7.05 내지 9.0 중량 %의 바나듐(V), 0.25 내지 2.45 중량 %의 니오븀(Nb), 10.0 중량 % 이하의 코발트(Co), 0.3 중량 % 이하의 황(S), 0.04 내지 0.22 중량 %의 질소(N), 1.50 중량 % 이하의 니켈(Ni), 2.6 중량 % 이하의 불순물, 잔존물로서 제조시 발생되는 철(Fe)을 함유한 오염물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간가공 합금강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2.30 내지 2.59 중량 %의 C, 0.80 내지 1.50 중량 %의 Si, 0.30 내지 1.40 중량 %의 Mn, 6.12 내지 7.50 중량 %의 Cr, 1.0 중량 % 이하의 Ni, 0.60 내지 1.45 중량 %의 W, 2.40 내지 4.40 중량 %의 Mo, 7.40 내지 8.70 중량 %의 V, 0.50 내지 1.95 중량 %의 Nb, 0.06 내지 0.25 중량 %의 N과 같은 농도값을 갖는 하나 또는 다수의 원소를 포함하며, (Mn-S)의 수치가 적어도 0.19인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간가공 합금강.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,0.85 내지 1.30 중량 %의 Si, 0.40 내지 0.80 중량 %의 Mn, 6.15 내지 6.95 중량 %의 Cr, 0.90 중량 % 이하의 Ni, 3.55 내지 4.40 중량 %의 Mo, 7.80 내지 8.59 중량 %의 V, 0.75 내지 1.45 중량 %의 Nb, 0.06 내지 0.15 중량 %의 N과 같은 농도값을 갖는 하나 또는 다수의 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간가공 합금강.
- 냉간가공 합금강으로된 부품 또는 공구의 분말야금학적 제조 방법으로서,상기 냉간가공 합금강은 2.05 내지 2.65 중량 %의 C, 2.0 중량 % 이하의 Si, 2.0 중량 % 이하의 Mn, 6.10 내지 9.80 중량 %의 Cr, 0.50 내지 2.40 중량 %의 W, 2.15 내지 4.70 중량 %의 Mo, 7.05 내지 9.0 중량 %의 V, 0.25 내지 2.45 중량 %의 Nb, 10.0 중량 % 이하의 Co, 0.3 중량 % 이하의 S, 0.04 내지 0.22 중량 %의 N, 1.50 중량 % 이하의 Ni 및 2.6 중량 % 이하의 불순물, 잔존물로서 제조시 발생되는 철(Fe)을 함유한 오염물을 포함하며, 액상 합금으로 처리되며, 순도 99.999%의 질소를 이용하여 100㎛과 같거나 작은 입자크기가 적어도 60 % 이상인 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 금속분말로 분사되어 질소 분위기가 유지되고, 입자 표면에 산소의 흡착이 배제되는 가운데, 하나의 캡슐내에 상기 금속분말이 채워지고, 밀봉이 이루어지며, 온도조건에 따라서 균일하게 분포되는 모노탄화물의 성장이 그 크기에 있어서10㎛ 이하로 결정되는 가운데, 고온 등압 압축 성형 공정으로 완벽하게 조밀한 재료로서, 경우에 따라서는 적절한 열간 성형에 의하여 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간가공 합금강으로된 부품 또는 공구의 분말야금학적 제조 방법.
