Claims (7)
- (1) 기재 강판의 표면에 피복률이 약 97.0%를 초과하는 주석 도금층, 및(2) 상기 주석 도금층 및 3.0% 미만의 잔여 노출부 위에 P 및 Si를 각각 약 0.5 내지 100 mg/㎡ 및 약 0.1 내지 250 mg/㎡ 함유하는 화성피막(化成皮膜)을 갖는 주석 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,피막중의 Si가 실란 커플링제로부터 유도되는 것인 주석 도금 강판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,실란 커플링제가 에폭시기를 함유하는 것인 주석 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기재 강판 위와 적어도 주석 도금층 아래 사이에 합금층을 추가로 갖는 주석 도금 강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,합금층이 Fe-Sn 합금층, Fe-Ni 합금층, Sn-Ni 합금층 및 Fe-Sn-Ni 합금층으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것 중 하나 이상인 주석 도금 강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,합금층이 약 0.02 내지 0.50의 Ni/(Fe+Ni)의 질량비를 갖는 Fe-Ni 합금층 위에 Fe-Sn-Ni 합금층을 갖는 복합 합금층인 주석 도금 강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,주석 도금층 및 합금층에 함유된 주석 부착량의 합량이 약 0.4 내지 6.0 g/㎡인 주석 도금 강판.
