Claims (6)
- 관체에 있는 통로의 정전 용량의 변화를 검출하기 위해, 유동성 물질이 통로를 통해 유동하도록 적응된 관체의 외측에 배열된 정전 용량 센서와;상기 관체에 있는 통로를 통해 유동하는 유동성 물질의 유동 상태를 판단하기 위해 제공되는 통로의 기준 정전 용량의 변화를 사전에 저장하기 위한 기준값 저장 수단; 및상기 통로를 통해 유동하는 유동성 물질의 유동 상태를 판단하기 위해 상기 검출된 정전 용량의 변화와 저장된 정전 용량의 변화를 비교하기 위한 유동 판단 수단을 포함하는 관내 유동 판단 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 정전 용량 센서는 도전성 금속막으로 제조되고 통로를 형성하는 관체의 외측 둘레에 감겨지며 중간에 절연체를 갖는 측정 전극 및 접지 전극과, 상기 중간에 절연체를 가지며 상기 측정 전극 및 접지 전극을 커버하는 차폐 부재를 포함하는 관내 유동 판단 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 접지 전극은 측정 전극보다 좁으며, 상기 측정 전극과 접지 전극은 교대로 배치되는 관내 유동 판단 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 측정 전극과 접지 전극은 유동 방향을 따라 나선형으로 감겨지는 관내 유동 판단 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 관내 유동 판단 장치와;통로를 통해 유동하는 유동성 물질의 유동 상태를 조절하도록 적응된 조절 수단; 및상기 유동 판단 수단의 판단 결과에 기초하여 상기 조절 수단을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단을 포함하는 관내 유동 제어 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 관체에는 그의 말단에 상기 유동성 물질의 물질 취출기가 제공되며, 상기 조절 수단은 정전 용량 센서 위치와 물질 취출기 위치 사이에서 관체 상에 설치된 제 1 개폐 밸브와, 상기 제 1 개폐 밸브의 위치와 정전 용량 센서 위치 사이에서 관체에 연결된 분기관 상에 설치된 제 2 개폐 밸브, 및 정전 용량의 변화가 설정값 내에 있을 때 상기 제 1 개폐 밸브를 개방하고 제 2 개폐 밸브를 폐쇄하며, 상기 정전 용량의 변화가 설정값을 초과할 때 상기 제 1 개폐 밸브를 폐쇄하고 제 2 개폐 밸브를 개방하도록 적응된 제어 수단을 포함하는 관내 유동 제어 시스템.
