Claims (2)
- 식물세포를 대량으로 배양할 수 있도록 된 배양용기에 있어서.좌우는 일정한 길이를 갖는 원통형으로 하고, 저부에는 다수의 깔때기 형상으로 형성된 드럼형 몸체(2)(2')와;상기 드럼형 몸체(2) 상부 양측에는 내부로 관통되는 2개의 샤프트(6) 말단에 고정되어 상부의 교반모터(5)에 의해 회전할 수 있도록 된 교반칼날(7)과;상기 드럼형 몸체(2) 상부에는 빛이 투과될 수 있도록 형성된 다수의 조명창(8), 내부의 압력을 체크할 수 있도록 된 압력게이지(16), 압력에 다른 공기를 배출시킬 수 있도록 된 공기 배기구(17)와;상기 드럼형 몸체(2) 전면 양측과 하단 일측에는 부정근의 생육 과정을 관찰 할 수 있도록 형성된 다수의 투시창(9)과;상기 드럼형 몸체(2) 하단 일측에 배지를 투입할 수 있도록 된 2개의 접종구(14)(14') 및 온도를 체크할 수 있도록 설치된 온도 게이지(15)와;상기 몸체(2)저면 깔때기 형상의 몸체에는 산소를 공급할 수 있도록 된 공기 주입구(10)와 생육후 잔류된 배지와 액체를 배출할 수 있도록 된 배지 배출구(11)와;상기 몸체(2)일측에는 개폐핸들(4)을 갖는 뚜껑(3)이 형성되고 타측에는 몸체를 기울일 수 있도록된 실린더(18)가 구성된 부정근 생물배양기(1)의 구성을 특징으로 하는 드럼형 공기부양식 생물배양기.
- 제1항에 있어서,생물 배양기(1) 몸체(2) 저부에 깔때기 형상으로 다수의 몸체(2')를 일체로 형성하고 몸체(2') 저단 내면에 0.2∼5㎛의 필터(21)를 설치하여 공기주입구(10)를 통한 하여 공급되는 산소가 필터를 통과하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼형 공기부양식 생물배양기.
