Abstract

본 발명은 초기배양에서 배양세포 추출에 이르기까지의 일련의 작업을 자동화하여 자동화된 시스템에 의하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 글로브박스에서 작업이 이루어지게 하여 세포배양장치의 관찰이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 세포배양 작업상의 오염을 줄일 수 있는 세포배양장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세포배양장치는, 내부에 배양액을 수용하며 세포를 배양할 수 있는 배양관이 다수 장착될 수 있는 세포배양기; 세포배양기를 회전시켜 배양액이 배양관 내벽을 타고 흐를 수 있게 하기 위한 회동유닛; 배양관 내로 세포 또는 배양액을 주입하기 위한 주입장치; 및 배양관의 배양액을 추출하기 위한 추출장치를 포함한다.
