Abstract

본 발명은 대면적이 넓고 작업자가 원하는 크기로 변경 가능한 실린지 형상의 배양관과, 이러한 배양관을 다수 장착가능하도록 되어 있으며, 회동유닛에 의해 배양관 내에 배양액가 일정부분 채워진 상태에서 배양관 내주면 전체에 걸쳐 배양액이 미리 지정된 속도로 지속덕이고 부드럽게 접촉하면서 회전하도록 하여 교반 및 가스 공급과 가스교환비율을 증가시킬 수 있으며 배양액의 소모량을 감소시킬 수 있는 세포배양기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세포배양기는, 내부에 배양공간이 형성되어 있으며 배양공간으로 배양액이 유출입되는 유출홀이 양단부 중 적어도 어느 하나의 일단부에 형성되어 있으며, 일단부는 외측으로 갈수록 내경이 좁아지는 형상으로 형성된 배양관; 배양관 다수가 길이방향으로 수평하게 장착되며, 중앙에 형성된 회전축을 중심으로 회전가능한 회전지지부재; 및 회전지지부재를 회전축을 중심으로 회전시키기 위한 회동유닛을 포함한다.
