Claims (6)
- 입력포트, 출력포트 및 배출포트를 보유하는 하우징;이 하우징 내에 형성되어, 상기 입력포트 및 배출포트가 서로 대향하는 공급밸브시트 및 배출밸브시트를 통해 각각 연통됨과 동시에, 상기 출력포트가 이들 양 밸브시트 사이의 위치에서 연통하는 밸브실;상기 밸브실 내에 설치되어 상기 공급밸브시트와 배출밸브시트를 개폐하는 포핏 밸브체; 및상기 포핏 밸브체를 개폐동작시키는 가동철심을 구비한 솔레노이드부를 포함하고,상기 공급밸브시트가, 상기 배출밸브시트에 접근 및 이반하는 방향으로 전후진 가능하도록 설치되어 상기 배브실을 구획하는 밸브시트체 상에 형성되고,상기 밸브시트체는, 상기 입력포트와 공급밸브시트를 연결하는 공급유로와, 상기 입력포트로부터의 유체압이 서로 역방향으로 작용하는 수압면적이 다른 제1 및 제2수압면과, 상기 밸브실 내의 유체압이 상기 제2수압면과 같은 방향으로 작용하는 제3수압면을 보유하고 있고, 상기 포핏 밸브체가 상기 공급밸브시트를 폐쇄하고 있을 때에는, 이 밸브시트체가, 상기 제1 및 제2수압면의 면적차에 기인한 유체압 작용력에 의해 상기 배출밸브시트에 접근하는 방향으로 전진하고, 상기 포핏 밸브체가 상기 공급밸브시트를 개방하고 있을 때에는, 상기 각 수압면의 면적차에 기인한 유체압 작용력에 의해 상기 배출밸브시트로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 후퇴하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏식 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시트체는 대경부와 소경부를 보유하고 있고, 상기 대경부에 상기 공급밸브시트가 형성됨과 동시에 밸브실에 면한 상기 제3수압면이 형성되고, 또, 이들 대경부와 소경부 사이에는 상기 공급유로의 일부를 겸하는 공간부가 형성되며, 이 공간부에 면하는 대경부측의 면에 상기 제1수압면이 형성됨과 동시에 소경부측의 면에 상기 제2수압면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 포핏식 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시트체의 대경부는 상기 하우징에 형성된 내부구멍 내에 밀봉부재를 통하여 슬라이딩 가능하도록 끼워 맞춰지고, 또 밸브시트체의 상기 소경부는, 상기 내부구멍 내에 설치된 소경의 슬리브 내에 밀봉부재를 통하여 슬라이딩 가능하도록 끼워 맞춰져 있는 것을 특징으로 포핏식 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시트체를 상기 배출밸브시트측으로 향해 보조적으로 탄발하기 위한 보조 스프링을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏식 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시트체에서의 공급밸브시트의 주위에 상기 포핏 밸브체에 접촉하는 스프링 가이드를 이동가능하게 설치하고, 이 스프링 가이드와 밸브시트체 사이에 포핏 스프링을 끼워 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏식 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포핏 밸브체에, 상기 밸브실 내를 슬라이딩함으로써 상기 포핏 배브체의 개폐를 가이드하는 포핏 가이드를 설치하고, 이 포핏 가이드와 상기 밸브시트체 사이에 포핏 스프링을 끼워 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 포핏식 전자밸브.
