The fixing part of T-bar side is faced to a T-bar bracket(11) joined in one side of the T-bar and is coupled to the T-bar bracket by a coupling tool like a bolt. The fixing part of filler side is expanded toward the front of a vehicle body from one side of the fixing part of the T-bar side. The fixing part of filler side is faced in an inner panel of the front filler(21) and is coupled in the inner panel of the front filler by the coupling tool like a bolt(24). The fixing part of cowl side is expanded horizontally with a cowl panel(30) from the front of the fixing part of the filler side to be stuck to the cowl panel classifying an engine room and a vehicle room.
