Claims (7)
- 섬도가 1.7 dtex 이하인 폴리아크릴니트릴 섬유와 섬도가 1.7 dtex 이하인 폴리올레핀 섬유로 구성되어 있으면서 세척에 의해 윤활제와 정전기방지제가 제거된 섬유 블렌드를 생성시키고, 이를 수분 함량이 1 중량% 미만이 되도록 건조시키고, 길이방향 또는 무작위화 카드로 카딩(carding)시켜서 단위 면적당 질량이 15 내지 80g/m2인 마찰전기적으로 하전된 웹을 생성시키고, 이 웹을 2개의 동시 동작성 롤과 하나의 이송 롤에 의해 분리하여 컨베이어상에 기계 방향으로 올려놓고, 융착(bonding) 세트의 내부에서 직접 융착시키고, 융착되지 않은 웹을 1군데 내지 3군데의 이송 지점을 통해서만 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는, 마찰전기적으로 하전된 부직포를 제조하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 융착 조작이 워터-제트 니들링 (water-jet needling)에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 융착 조작이 초음파 캘린더 또는 열캘린더내에서 프린트 융착 롤을 수반하는 열융착에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌과 폴리에틸렌 섬유의 블렌드 또는코어-시트(core-sheath) 섬유가 폴리올레핀 섬유로서 사용되고, 이들 성분은 저융점을 지니면서 결합성 섬유로서 작용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 마찰전기적으로 하전된 부직포로서, 규칙적인 섬유 분포, 5 이하의 웹 구조 지수로 표현되는 균일한 결합, 0.07 g/㎤의 밀도 뿐만 아니라 200을 초과하는 계수 L: (DNaClD) 로 표현되는 여과 성능을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 적어도 추가의 직물이 제공된 적층 물질의 활성 성분으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 제 5항에 따른 마찰전기적으로 하전된 부직포를 포함하는 다중층 필터 매질.
- 마찰전기적으로 하전된 부직포의 전방에는 1차 공기면상에 스펀본드(spunbonded) 부직포 또는 드라이레잉(drylaying)된 부직포로 구성된 전처리 필터층이 위치하고, 이의 후방에는 깨끗한 공기면상에 마이크로파이버 플리스 (microfiber fleece), 여과지 또는 마이크로파이버 플리스와 여과지 둘 모두로 구성된 미세 필터층이 위치함을 특징으로 하는, 제 5항에 따른 마찰전기적으로 하전된 부직포를 포함하는 다중층 필터 매질.
