Claims (6)
- 진동모터(80)에 의해서 상하진동되는 주형(10)의 장변부에 배치되어 용강(20)의 유동을 제어하는 전자기제동장치에 있어서,상기 장변부내에는 전자기력을 용강측으로 전달할수 있도록 제 1코아(1)가 밀폐되고, 상기 제 1코아(1)와 대응배치되고, 코일(4)이 감기어 전자기력을 발생시키는 제 2코아(2)가 고정베이스(141)에 고정설치되며, 상기 제 1,2코아(1)(2)사이에서 굴림운동을 하는 구름부재(3)를 갖추어 상기 주형(10)의 상하진동을 차단하면서 전자기력을 전달함을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 전자기 제동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구름부재(3)는 상기 제 1코아(1)에 대응하는 상기 제 2코아(2)의 전단에 아이들회전이 가능하게 조립되는 바퀴부재임을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 전자기제동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구름부재(3)는 연속주조작업시 발생되는 전자기력에 의해서 자화되지 않는 스테인레스스틸과 같은 재질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 전자기제동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구름부재(3)는 상하이동되는 이동부재인 상기 제 1코아(1)와 위치고정된 고정부재인 상기 제 2코아(2)와의 사이에 항상 배치될수 있도록 상기 제 2코아(2)의 중앙부위에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 전자기제동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구름부재(3)는 상기 제2코아(2)의 전면에 설치된 롤지지대(33a)에 좌우앙단이 베어링부재(33b)를 매개로 아이들회전가능하게 조립되는 롤부재(33)로 갖추어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 전자기제동장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 롤지지대(33a)에는 상기 주형(10)과 제 2코아(2)와의 접촉시 발생되는 충격을 흡수할수 있도록 상기 롤부재(33)의 좌우양단을 전방으로 탄력지지하는 스프링부재(33c)를 갖추어 구성함을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 전자기제동장치.
