Claims (4)
- 일정한 단위 길이 및 탄성력을 가지는 와이어를 다수의 피크부와 밸리부를 가지는 다수의 절곡부를 구비하고 지그재그로 일턴하면서 전체적으로 원통 형상을 가지도록 다수의 턴을 형성하며, 상기 일턴의 절곡부와 이 일턴과 이웃하는 또 다른 일턴과 대응하는 절곡부들은 일정한 간격으로 이격된 상태로 연결되고, 상기 와이어의 선단부 및 말단부가 각각 상기 일턴의 직선부에 연결되어 있는 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어는 암조직, 섬유조직 등이 스텐트 안으로 침투하는 것을 방지하며 커버 역할을 수행하는 코팅막으로 감싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코팅막은 폴리 테트라 플로로 에틸렌(poly tetra fluoro ethylene), 폴리 우레탄(poly urethane) 그리고 데이크론(dacron;상표명) 등 용도에 적합한 폴리재로 코팅되어 있는 스텐트.
- 일정한 단위 길이와 탄성력을 갖는 와이어로 다수의 피크부와 밸리부가 반복적으로 형성되는 절곡부가 구비되고 전체적인 형상이 원통 형상으로 이루어지도록 일턴을 형성하는 단계와;상기 단계 후에 절곡부는 절곡핀을 기준으로 이웃하는 일턴의 절곡부와 서로반대 방향으로 절곡되어 상기 일턴의 절곡부와 절곡핀의 직경정도의 간격이 유지된 상태로 연결되도록 이웃하는 다른 절곡부가 구비되는 또 다른 일턴을 반복적으로 형성하는 적어도 하나 이상의 단계와;상기 단계 후에 상기 와이어의 선단부 및 말단부를 상기 일턴의 일측에 결합하는 단계;를 포함하는 스텐트 제조 방법.
