Description
Claims (7)
- 압축요소 및 케이싱 내의 상기 압축요소를 구동하기 위한 모터를 포함하는 것으로서, 상기 모터는 상기 케이싱 내의 상기 압축요소로부터 토출된 가스로 채워지는 고압 영역 내에 위치되는 고압식 돔형 압축기에 있어서:상기 모터는 1.9kW 또는 그 이상의 정격 출력을 가지며;상기 모터의 회전자는 1.7MA/m-1또는 그 이상의 보자력을 갖는;희토류 철/붕소 영구자석을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압식 돔형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압식 돔형 압축기는:상기 모터의 온도를 감지하기 위한 온도센서; 및상기 온도센서로부터 신호를 받아 상기 모터에 공급되는 전류를 제어함으로써 상기 모터의 온도가 설정온도 또는 그 이하로 되도록 하는 제1 제어수단;을 추가로 포함하는 고압식 돔형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압식 돔형 압축기는:상기 모터 내에 흐르는 전류를 감지하기 위한 전류감지수단; 및상기 전류감지수단으로부터 신호를 받아 상기 모터에 공급되는 전류를 제어함으로써 상기 모터 내에서 발생되는 역자기장이 설정된 강도 또는 그 이하로 되도록 하는 제2 제어수단;을 추가로 포함하는 고압식 돔형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱으로부터 토출되는 가스를 토출하기 위한 토출관은 상기 압축요소로부터 이격되어 상기 모터의 일측에 위치되는 고압식 돔형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출관은 상기 압축요소와 상기 모터 사이의 고압 영역과 연통되는 반면, 상기 압축요소로부터 토출된 가스는 크랭크축 내의 경로를 통과하고 상기 압축요소로부터 이격된 상기 모터의 일측상의 고압 영역으로 토출되는 고압식 돔형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터의 회전자 용 영구자석은 알루미늄으로 코팅된 고압식 돔형 압축기.
- 제1항에 따른 고압식 돔형 압축기를 포함하며 냉매로서 R32를 사용하는 냉동장치.
