Claims (11)
- 40~80 몰%의 산화텔루륨(TeO2), 1~20 몰%의 산화붕소(B2O3), 5~30 몰%의 2가 금속 산화물, 1~15 몰%의 알칼리 금속 산화물을 포함하는 기지 유리에 0.05~5 몰%의 어븀 이온(Er3+)가 첨가된 텔루라이트 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,0~20 몰%의 산화저마늄(GeO2) 및/또는 0~10 몰%의 산화인듐(In2O3)이 더 첨가된 텔루라이트 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,5~15 몰%의 산화저마늄(GeO2)과 2~8 몰%의 산화인듐(In2O3)이 공동으로 더 첨가된 텔루라이트 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 2가 금속 산화물의 금속은 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 아연, 납으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 최소한 하나인텔루라이트 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 금속은 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 최소한 하나인텔루라이트 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항의 텔루라이트 유리 조성물로 형성된 코어 및 상기 코어를 둘러싸는 클래딩을 포함하는 광섬유.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 광섬유의 코어 및 클래딩은 원통형이고, 상기 클래딩의 굴절율은 상기 코어의 굴절률보다 작은 광섬유.
- 제6항의 광섬유, 신호광,상기 어븀 이온을 여기시키는 펌프 레이저, 및상기 신호광과 상기 펌프 레이저를 커플링하여 상기 광섬유로 전달하는 광 커플러를 포함하는 광증폭기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 펌프 레이저는 980 nm 대역의 레이저인광증폭기.
- 제6항의 광섬유,상기 어븀 이온을 여기시키는 펌프 레이저, 및상기 펌프 레이저를 상기 광섬유의 코어로 커플링시키기 위한 광 커플러를 포함하는 광발진기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 펌프 레이저는 980 nm 대역의 레이저인광발진기.
