Abstract
본 고안은 합성수지포장용 용기에 담겨지는 농후발효유를 밀봉시켜주는데 사용하는 농후발효유용기의 뚜껑에 관한것임.
종래의 뚜껑은 종이의 표면에 알루미늄포일, 인쇄층 및 인쇄보호층을 차례로 적층시키고, 종이의 이면에는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름, 폴리에틸렌 코팅층 및 핫멜트수지층을 차례로 적층시킨 것이었기 때문에 제품의 제조, 유통과정에서 수분침투에 의한 박리현상이 초래되어서 제품을 위생적으로 보존할 수 없었고, 제조비용이 많이 들었으며 선명하게 인쇄할 수 없었다.
본 고안은 알루미늄포일(20)의 이면에는 비닐아크릴레이트수지와 같은 열융착성 시일제(21)를 코팅하고, 이면쪽에 뒤집어서 인쇄한 인쇄층(22)을 가진 투명한 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름(23)을 알루미늄포일(20)의 표면에 부착하며, 이들의 양면을 엠보싱처리하여 요철무늬(25),(26)를 형성한 농후발효유용기의 뚜껑임.
본 고안에 의한 뚜껑은 내수성과 강도가 우수하여 제품의 보존성이 우수하고 제조비용을 절감하며 인쇄상태의 선명도를 향상시켜줄 수 있는 장점이 있다.
Description
본 고안은 폴리스틸렌과 같은 합성수지 포장용 용기에 담겨지는 농후발효유를 밀봉시켜주는데 사용하는 농후발효유용기의 뚜껑에 관한 것이다. 종래의 뚜껑은 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 종이(300)를 기재(基材)로 하는것으로서 종이(300)의 표, 이면에는 접착제층(301), (302)을 형성하고, 종이(300)의 표면쪽 접착제층(301)에는 알루미늄포일(303)을 부착하며, 종이(300)의 이면쪽 접착제층(302)에는 강도보강용의 폴리에틸렌테프탈레이트필름(304)을 부착한 다음 차례로 폴리에틸렌코팅층(305)과, 열융착성의 핫멜트(Hat melt)수지층(306)을 형성하고, 상기 종이(300)의 표면쪽에 부착된 알루미늄포일(303)위에 제조원, 유통기한 및 상표등을 인쇄를 하여서 인쇄층(307)을 형성하며, 이 인쇄층(307)위에는 투명한 인쇄보호층(308)을 형성한 것이었다.
이와같은 종래의 뚜껑은 구조와 제조공정이 복잡하여서 제조비용이 많이들었었을 뿐만아니라 농후발효유를 용기에 담은후 용기의 플랜지에 뚜껑에 테두리부위를 열융착시킨후 팽창을 방지하기 위해서 냉각수를 살포하거나, 제품을 습도가 높은 냉동창고에 보관하거나, 얼음속에 채워서 배달할 때 종이(300)쪽으로 수분이 침투하게 되어서 종이(300)자체가 쉽게 분리되므로 제품의 밀봉된 상태를 지속시켜 줄 수 없게 되기 때문에 제품을 위생적으로 보존할 수 없게 되는등의 문제점이 있었다.
그리고 압연공정을 거쳐서 표면이 매끄럽지 못한 알루미늄포일(303)위에 제조원, 유통기한 및 상표등을 인쇄했었기 때문에 인쇄상태가 선명하지도 않았었을 뿐아니라 인쇄층(307)의 손상을 방지하기 위해서는 반드시 인쇄층(307)을 투명한 인쇄보호층(308)으로 코팅해주어야만 하는 단점이 있었다.
또 뚜껑이 단순히 평활면을 갖는 시트이므로 강도보강용의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름(304)을 가진것이라 하더라도 강도가 부족하여서 제품의 유통과정에서 뚜껑이 훼손되기 쉬운 단점도 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종리기술의 제반문제점을 해결한 것인바, 본 고안의 목적은 알루미늄포일을 기재로 하고 비닐 아크릴레이트수지와 같은 열융착성 시일제를 알루미늄포일의 이면에 코팅하며 이면에 각종 표기를 인쇄한 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름을 알루미늄포일의 표면에 부착하고 전체 표, 이면을 엠보싱처리함으로서 구조와 제조공정이 간단하여 저렴한 비용으로 만들 수 있고 내수성과 강도가 우수하며 인쇄상태가 선명한 농후발효유용기의 뚜껑을 제공하는데 있다.

도면중 미설명부호 27은 합성수지제 포장용 용기, 28은 용기(27)의 플랜지, 29는 농후발효유이다.
이와같은 본 고안은 제1도에 예시한 바와같이 합성수지제 표장용 용기(27)의 플랜지(28)에 테두리부위(30)를 열융착시켜서 용기(27)에 담겨진 농후발효유(29)를 밀봉하는 것인바, 알루미늄포일(20)의 표, 이면에 각각 인쇄층(22)을 가진 투명한 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름(23)과, 비닐아크릴레이트수지와 같은 열융착성시일제(21)를 적층시켜서 만든 것이기 때문에 구조와 제조공정이 매우 간단하여서 종래에 비하여 보다 저렴한 비용으로 쉽게 제조할 수 있고, 특히 내수성이 우수하여서 포장된 제품이 제조나 유통과정에서 물기에 노출되더라도 이 물기에 의해서 박리될 우려가 전혀 없을뿐아니라 요철무늬(25),(26)에 의해서 강도가 보강된 것이므로 취급시 쉽게 찢어질 우려가 없기 때문에 제품을 위생적으로 보존할 수 있으며, 투명한 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름(23)의 이면에 각종 표시를 뒤집어서 인쇄하여 인쇄층(22)을 형성하고, 필름(23)의 인쇄층(22)쪽을 알루미늄포일(20)에 접착시킨 것이기 때문에 종래처럼 별도의 인쇄보호층을 입히지 않아도 될뿐아니라 인쇄상태의 선명도를 향상시켜줄 수 있는 장점이 있다.

- 알루미늄포일(20)을 기재(基材)로 하여서 비닐아크릴레이트수지와 같은 열융착성 시일(seal)제(21)를 알루미늄포일(20)의 이면에 코팅하고, 이면쪽에 뒤집어서 인쇄한 인쇄층(22)을 가진 투명한 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름(23)을 알루미늄포일(20)의 표면에 접착하며, 이들의 양면을 엠보싱처리하여 요철무늬(25),(26)를 형성시켜서 된것임을 특징으로하는 농후발효유용기의 뚜껑.
