Claims (10)
- 이소시아네이트기에 반응성인 2종 이상의 활성 수소원자를 함유하는 1종 이상의 화합물을 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 방법으로서, 2종 이상의 활성 수소원자를 함유하는 상기 화합물로는 다중금속 시아나이드(multimetal cyanide) 촉매를 사용하여 H-작용성 개시제 물질에 알킬렌 산화물을 첨가하여 제조된 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 알코올을 사용하고 상기 반응은 1종 이상의 금속염의 존재 하에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속염[M(A+) aX(B-) b]이 M은 Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH4, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, B, Al이고, X는 유기 또는 무기 음이온이고, A+는 양이온의 원자가이고, B-는 음이온의 원자가이며, a 및 b는 정수이나, 다만 상기 화합물은 전기적으로 중성인 것들 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속염[M(A+) aX(B-) b]이 M(A+)는 Li+, Na+, K+, Rb+, Cs+, NH4 +, Be2+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+이고, X(B-)는 F-, Cl-, ClO-, ClO3 -, ClO4 -,Br-, I-, IO3 -, CN-, OCN-, NO2 -, NO3 -, HCO3 -, CO3 2-, S2-, SH-, HSO3 -, SO3 2-, HSO4 -, SO4 2-, S2O2 2-, S2O3 2-, S2O4 2-, S2O5 2-, S2O6 2-, S2O7 2-, S2O8 2-, H2PO2 -, H2PO4 -, HPO4 2-, PO4 3-, P2O7 4-, (OCnH2n+1)-, (CnH2n-1O2)-, (Cn+1H2n-2O4)2-(여기서, n은 1 내지 20임)인 것들 및 이들의 혼합 염 및 혼합물(식 중, A+는 양이온의 원자가이고, B-는 음이온의 원자가로서, 특히 a 및 b는 정수이나, 다만 상기 화합물은 전기적으로 중성임)로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속염[M(A+) aX(B-) b]이 M(A+)는 Li+, Na+, K+, NH4 +, Mg2+, Ca2+이고, X(B-)는 F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, NO3 -, HCO3 -, CO3 2-,HSO4 -, SO4 2-, H2PO4 -, HPO4 2-, PO4 3-, (OCnH2n+1)-, (CnH2n-1O2)-, (Cn+1H2n-2O4)2-(여기서, n은 1 내지 20임)인 것들 및 이들의 혼합 염 및 혼합물(식 중, A+는 양이온의 원자가이고, B-는 음이온의 원자가이며, a 및 b는 정수이나, 다만 상기 화합물은 전기적으로 중성임)로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속염이 2종 이상의 활성수소원자를 갖는 화합물에 용해된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속염이 폴리이소시아네이트에 용해된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속염의 양이 2종 이상의 활성 수소원자를 갖는 상기 화합물을 기준으로 0.1 내지 50 ppm인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 기재된 방법으로 제조가능한 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 기재된 방법으로 제조가능한 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 촉매로서 다중금속 시아네이드를 사용하여 알킬렌 옥사이드와 H-작용성 화합물을 반응시켜 제조가능하고, 1종 이상의 금속염을 함유하는 폴리에테르 알코올.
