Claims (15)
- 금속 층 또는 금속화된 기판 층 (5), 및 그 금속 또는 금속화된 기판 층 상에 100 m/분 초과의 속도로 압출-코팅된 폴리프로필렌 기재의 결합체 층 (6) 으로 이루어진 다중층 구조로서, 상기 층들 (6, 5) 이 상기 구조를 열 처리함으로써 비-층박리성(non-delaminable)을 갖게 되는 다중층 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적외선 조사, 열풍 또는 유도-가열 터널 통과에 의해 수행되고, 금속 층 (5) 이 결합체 (6) 의 융점 초과의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구조가 결합체의 융점 초과의 융점을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 층 (7, 2) 를 포함하고, 결합체 층 (6) 은 금속 층 또는 금속화된 기판 층 (5), 및 폴리프로필렌 층 (7,2) 사이에 끼어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 구조가 폴리프로필렌 층 (7,2)에서 결합체 층 (6)을 박리하는 8 내지 15 N/15 mm 의 박리 힘으로 박리가능함을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압출가능한 결합체가 하기의것들을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조 :- 카르복실산 에스테르, 비닐 에스테르 및 디엔으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 공단량체, 및 에틸렌 기재의 공중합체 (A) 5 내지 30 중량 %;- 190 내지 240 ℃ 의 온도에서 압출되고, 파쇄되지 않도록 50 내지 250 m/분의 견인 속도로 견인된 로드(rod)의 성능으로 정의되는 연신능을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 (B) 40 내지 93 %;- 불포화 카르복실산 무수물로 관능화된 폴리프로필렌 (C) 2 내지 30 %;[조성물의 MFI 는 10 내지 50 g/10 분 (230 ℃/2.16 kg) 임].
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 결합체의 공중합체 (A) 가 5 내지 40 중량 %, 바람직하게는 10 내지 40 중량 % 의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 에틸렌/알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트이고, MFI 가 0.5 내지 200 g/10 분 (190 ℃/2.16 kg) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 결합체의 공중합체 (A) 가 0 내지 10 중량 % 의 말레산 무수물, 및 2 내지 40 중량 %, 바람직하게는 5 내지 40 중량 % 의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 에틸렌/알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트/말레산 무수물이고, MFI 가 0.5 내지 200 g/10 분 (190 ℃/2.16 kg) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 결합체의 공중합체 (A) 가 제 6 항 및 제 7 항의 공중합체들 (A) 의 복합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합체의 폴리프로필렌 (C) 의 비율이 1.5 내지 6 % 이고, 상기 폴리프로필렌 (C) 가 1.5 내지 6 중량 % 의 말레산 무수물을 함유하는 구조.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합체의 폴리프로필렌 (C) 의 비율이 10 내지 25% 이고, 상기 폴리프로필렌 (C) 가 0.8 내지 1.5 중량 % 의 말레산 무수물을 함유하는 구조.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합체의 폴리프로필렌 (C) 의 비율이 3 내지 5 % 이고, 상기 폴리프로필렌 (C) 가 1.5 내지 3 중량 % 의 말레산 무수물을 함유하는 구조.
- 금속 또는 금속화된 기판 층 (5) 의 금속이 알루미늄인, 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항에 따른 구조를 갖는 덮개 (4).
- 제 12 항에 따른 덮개 (4) 에 의해 봉해진, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 덮힌 물질로 된 패키지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구조로 된 패키지.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서, 살균가능하고, 산성 식품 및 고성능 용매 및 그리스에 내성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
