Claims (19)
- 최소한 두 가지 광섬유와 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 1000 psi의 최대 인장강도를 나타내고, 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 15 % 신장률을 갖는 매트릭스 재료가 광섬유를 감싼 매트릭스 재료로 구성된 광섬유 리본.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최대 인장강도가 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 2000 psi로 나타내는 매트릭스 재료인 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최대 인장강도가 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 3000 psi로 나타내는 매트릭스 재료인 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 신장률이 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 30 %로 나타내는 매트릭스 재료인 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 신장률이 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 30 %로 나타내는 매트릭스 재료인 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 신장률이 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 40 %로 나타내는 매트릭스 재료인 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 신장률이 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 40 %로 나타내는 매트릭스 재료인 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광섬유 리본을 약 90 ∼ 110 ℃의 온도로 가열하였을 때에 매트릭스 재료와 어느 내재된 코팅물이 원래의 유니트에서 광섬유로부터 스트립핑 할 수 있는 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최소한 4가지 광섬유가 매트릭스 재료에 내재된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 재료가 (a) 관능기로서 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트를 가진 지방족 우레탄 올리고머, (b) 반응성 불포화 단위체 그리고 선택적으로 (c) 광개시제로 구성된 방사에 의해 경화되는 조성물을 경화시킴으로써 형성되는 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 반응성 불포화 단위체 (b)가 최소한 두 가지 반응성 불포화 단위체의 혼합물로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 반응성 불포화 단위체 혼합물이 최소한 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 반응성 불포화 단위체 혼합물이 (i) 경화성 단위체, (ii) 수소 결합 단위체 그리고 (iii) 한 개의 관능기를 가진 입체장애 단위체로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 최소한 두 가지 단위체로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 가교결합성 단위체가 트리아크릴레이트 또는 트리메타크릴레이트로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 방사에 의해 경화되는 조성물이 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 약 30 ∼ 80 무게%, 반응성 불포화 단위체 약 10 ∼60 무게% 그리고 광개시제 약 0.1 ∼ 10 무게%로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 방사에 의해 경화되는 조성물이 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 약 40 ∼ 80 무게%, 반응성 불포화 단위체 약 10 ∼50 무게% 그리고 광개시제 약 1 ∼ 10 무게%로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 방사에 의해 경화되는 조성물이 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 약 40 ∼ 70 무게%, 반응성 불포화 단위체 약 30 ∼60 무게% 그리고 광개시제 약 1 ∼ 6 무게%로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 반응성 불포화 단위체 혼합물이 (i) 가교결합성 단위체, (ii) 수소 결합 단위체 그리고 (iii) 한 개의 관능기를 가진 입체장애 단위체로 구성된 최소한 한 가지 이상의 혼합물로 구성된 것이 특징인 광섬유 리본.
- (a) 관능기로서 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트를 가진 지방족 우레탄 올리고머, (b) 반응성 불포화 단위체 그리고 선택적으로 (c) 광개시제로 구성된 방사에 의해 경화되는 조성물로부터 형성되고 최대 인장강도가 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 1000 psi이고, 신장률이 100 ℃에서 최소한 약 15 %인 것이 특징인 방사에 의해 경화되는 재료.
