Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 주성분으로서, 금속 원소인 Ba, Ti, 그리고 Sm 및 Nd중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 복합 산화물, 및부성분으로서 Mn 화합물 및 Ta 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 금속 원소인, Ba, Ti, 그리고 Sm 및 Nd중 적어도 하나를 함유하고 다음 일반식 :xBaO-y{(1-α)Sm2O3-αNd2O3}-zTiO2으로 표현되며, 여기서, x, y, 및 z는 몰%, α는 몰비, 그리고 x, y, z, 및 α는 :13.0≤x≤23.0;0<y≤12.0;75.0≤z≤83.0;0≤α≤1; 및x + y + z = 100의 조건을 만족하는 주성분의 100중량부, 및부성분으로서, Mn 화합물을 MnO으로 환산하여 0.3중량부 이하(0은 제외), Ta를 Ta2O5로 환산하여 1.0중량부 이하(0은 제외)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Ti 원소 중 1.5몰%이하가 Zr로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 금속원소인 Ba, Ti, 및 Sm을 함유하며, 다음 일반식:xBaO-ySm2O3-zTiO2로 표현되며,x, y, 및 z는 몰%이고 다음 조건 :17.0≤x≤19.0;1.0≤y≤6.0;77.0≤z≤81.0; 및x + y + z = 100을 만족하는 주성분 100중량부, 및부성분으로서, Mn 화합물을 MnO로 환산하여 0.3중량부 이하(0은 제외), 및 Ta 화합물을 Ta2O5로 환산하여 1.0중량부 이하(0은 제외)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 Ti 원소의 1.5몰% 이하를 Zr원소로 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 4 항 및 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 Sm 원소의 50몰%이하를La, Ce, 및 Pr로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소로 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항에 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주성분의 중량부 100에 대하여, 부성분으로서 Nb화합물을 Nb2O5으로 환산하여 0.5중량부 이하를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 유전체 세라믹을 입출력 단자와 전자계 결합함으로서 작동되며, 상기 유전체 세라믹이 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 고주파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 세라믹의 표면에 구리도금 도체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 공진기.
- 제 8 항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항의 유전체 공진기, 및 외부 결합수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
- 적어도 두개의 유전체 필터;상기 각 유전체 필터에 각각 접속된 입출력 접속수단 ; 및상기 유전체 필터에 공통으로 접속된 안테나 접속수단을 포함하는 유전체 듀플렉서에서,상기 유전체 필터들중 적어도 하나가 제 10항의 유전체 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 듀플렉서.
- 제 11항의 유전체 듀플렉서;상기 유전체 듀플렉서의 적어도 하나의 입출력 접속수단에 접속된 송신회로;상기 송신회로에 접속된 상기 입출력 접속수단 이외의 적어도 하나의 입출력 접속수단에 접속된 수신회로; 및상기 유전체 듀플렉서의 안테나 접속수단에 접속된 안테나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 시스템.
