Claims (9)
- 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법에 있어서,스테인레스 강 원료를 용융, 정련, 주조하고 열간압연하여 강판을 제조하는 단계와;상기 제조된 강판을 소둔연화시키는 열연소둔단계;와상기 소둔된 강판을 열연산세처리하는 산세처리단계;와상기 산세처리된 강판을 냉간압연하여 박판으로 만드는 단계;와상기 냉간압연한 박판을 냉연소둔산세처리 또는 광휘소둔처리하는 단계;와상기 소둔처리된 박판을 무광택 무늬가 형성된 복합피막과 함께 조질압연하여 조질압연된 박판의 단면 또는 양면에 무광택 무늬를 형성시키는 단계;를포함하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조질압연단계 이후에 형상교정기에서 표면 형상을 교정하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스테인레스 강은 17 중량 %의 크롬(Cr)과 7 중량 %의 니켈(Ni)과 0.03 중량% 이하의 탄소와 1000 ppm 이상의 질소가 함유되고 잔부는 철(Fe)로 구성된 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 강인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 냉연소둔단계의 박판을 리코일링하고 상기 리코일링할 때 무광택 무늬가 형성된 복합피막을 박판 사이에 삽입시켜 함께 리코일링하고, 상기 조질압연을 완료한 이후에 상기 복합피막을 분리 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합피막은 1-3% 연신율의 조질압연조건에 견딜 수 있는 내열성과 인장강도를 갖고, 0.2 ㎛ 이상의 표면 거칠기를 갖는 종이, 천 비닐류 중에서 선택된 복합피막인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 복합피막은 HDPE(7000) 55 중량%, HDPE (700-1) 10 중량%, LDPE(301) 8중량%, F.T(7000-3) 12중량%, E.V.A 2.5 중량%, F.P(1-5) 5 중량%, R.B 3.5% 로 이루어지고 기타 불가피한 불순물을 3 중량%를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 조질압연은 입, 출측 강판에 장력을 인가한 상태에서 조질압연을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 조질압연시 인가한 장력은 압연을 위해 필요한 평균압하력 보다 소성변형을 일으킬 정도로 증가시켜 조질압연을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 조질압연시 인가한 장력은 7 ton 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
