Claims (4)
- 기재부는 글라스 울 매트, 레진 펠트, 페이퍼 보드이고, 표피재부는 부직포, PVC 시트, 직물이고, 상기 기재부와 표피재부를 접착시키는 접착층을 접착성 폴리머를 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 입자상(POWDER)으로 표피재의 이면에 적정량을 골고루 뿌린 후 가열 용융하여 기재부와 표피재부를 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 천정재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,접착성 폴리머는 멜팅 포인트가 80∼120℃이고, 소프팅 포인트가 55∼160℃이고, 멜트 플로우 인덱스가 5∼80g/10min이고, 접착성 폴리머 밀도가 0.60∼1.50인 접착성 폴리머로 접착층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 천정재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,일반 상온분쇄기나 냉온분쇄기를 이용하여 접착성 폴리머의 입자크기를 50∼800㎛으로 분쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 천정재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,표피재부와 기재부를 접착하는 접착성 폴리머의 부착량을 10∼120g/㎡로 접착층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 천정재.
