Claims (4)
- 폴리염화비닐 수지와 가소제와 필러와 안료와 안정제와 내연제로 구성되는 쉬트를 형성하고, 쉬트의 한쪽 면에 점착제를 도포하고 권취 및 절단함으로서 제조되는 전기 절연 테이프의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐 수지가 800 내지 1300의 중합도를 지니고, 디옥틸프탈레이트 (Dioctyl phthalate,DOP), 디이소노닐프탈레이트(Di-iso Nonyl Phthalate, DINP), 디이소데실프탈레이트(Di-iso Decyl Phthalate,DIDP), 트리옥틸트리멜리테이트 (Tri-Octyl Tri Mellitate, TOTM) 또는 디-2-에틸 헥실 아디페이트(Di-2-Ethyl Hexyl Adipate) 가운데 1가지 이상을 포함하는 가소제가 수지 100중량부에 대해 40 내지 80중량부, 필러로서 평균 입경이 1 내지 2㎛인 탄산 칼슘이 10중량부 이내로 구성되어 쉬트가 형성되고, 형성된 쉬트가 70내지 100℃의 온도로 유지되고 있는 열처리실에서 1시간 내지 7시간 동안 열처리됨으로서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 가소제의 양 가운데 10중량부까지가 에폭시화 소이빔인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열처리가 70내지 90℃에서 3시간 내지 7시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열처리가 90℃를 초과하고 100℃이하의 온도에서 1시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 테이프의 제조방법.
