- 다음 단계:(1) 서열목록의 서열번호(SEQ. ID. NO.) 1 내지 24로 표시된 염기서열중 어느 하나를 갖는 유전자 단편을 제한효소로 절단하고 얻어진 단편들의 길이 다형성(length polymorphism) 패턴을 얻는 단계:(2) 동정하고자 하는 미생물로부터 DNA를 분리하는 단계:(3) 상기 DNA를 증폭시키는 단계:(4) 상기 증폭된 DNA를 상기 단계 (1)에서와 동일한 제한효소로 절단하는 단계:(5) 상기 단계 (4)에서 얻어진 제한효소 절단 단편들의 길이 다형성(length polymorphism) 패턴을 얻는 단계: 및(6) 상기 단계 (5)에서 얻어진 패턴과 상기 단계 (1)에서 얻어진 패턴을 비교하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 마이코박테리아(Mycobacteria) 속 균주의 동정방법.
