Claims (5)
- 액정패널과 상기 액정패널에 접착된 편광판 사이의 박리각도가 최소가 되게끔 상기 편광판이 고정된 클램프부와 상기 액정패널이 안착된 수대부 사이의 간격을 소정 간격으로 유지시키는 단계와,상기 클램프부를 수평방향으로 직선운동시킴으로써 상기 편광판을 상기 액정패널로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 제거방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 클램프부와 상기 수대부 사이의 간격은 5∼15mm로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 제거방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정패널과 상기 편광판 사이의 접착력을 줄이기 위하여 상기 액정패널과 상기 편광판 사이에 이소 프로필 알콜(Iso-ProPyl Alcohol)이 분사하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 제거방법.
- 편광판을 고정 및 수평방향으로 직선운동시키기 위한 클램프부와,상기 편광판이 접착된 액정패널과 상기 편광판 사이의 박리각도가 최소가 되게끔 상기 클램프부에 대하여 소정 간격만큼 이격되게 설치되어 액정패널을 흡착 고정시키기 위한 수대부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 제거장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 클램프부와 상기 수대부 사이의 간격은 5∼15mm로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 제거장치.
