Claims (7)
- 유압펌프(1)와, 상기 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 선회모터(2)를 포함하는 복수의 액추에이터(2-6)와, 상기 유압펌프로부터 상기 복수의 액추에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 각각 제어하는 복수의 방향변환밸브(7-11)와, 상기 복수의 방향변환밸브의 전후(前後) 차압을 각각 제어하는 복수의 압력보상밸브(12-16)와, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력이 상기 복수의 액추에이터의 최고 부하압보다 소정치만큼 높아지도록 펌프토출유량을 제어하는 로드센싱(load sensing)제어의 펌프제어수단(18)을 구비하는 유압구동장치에 있어서,상기 복수의 압력보상밸브(12-16) 중, 상기 선회모터(2)에 관한 선회섹션 이외의 압력보상밸브(13-16)에 배치되고, 상기 유압펌프(1)의 토출압력과 상기 복수의 액추에이터(2-6)의 최고 부하압과의 차압(差壓)을 목표보상차압으로서 설정하는 제1 수단(13a-16a, 13b-16b)과,상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12)에 배치되고, 그 목표보상차압을 설정하는 제2 수단(331, 336)과,상기 복수의 압력보상밸브(12-16) 중, 최소한 상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12)에 배치되고, 상기 선회모터(2)의 부하압이 상승하면, 상기 제2 수단(331, 336)에 의해 설정된 목표보상차압을 작게 하여, 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브에 부하의존 특성을 갖게 하는 제3 수단(332, 334)과,상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12)에 배치되어, 상기 제2 수단(331, 336)으로 설정되고, 상기 제3 수단(332, 334)에 의해 보정되는 목표보상차압의 하한을 설정하는 제4 수단(55)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 수단(331, 336)은 상기 제1 수단(13a-16a, 13b-16b)과 동일하게, 상기 유압펌프(1)의 토출압력과 상기 복수의 액추에이터(2-6)의 최고 부하압과의 차압을 상기 목표보상차압으로서 설정하는 수단이며,상기 제4 수단(55)은 상기 제2 수단(331, 336)으로 설정된 목표보상차압 자체의 저하와 상기 제3 수단(332, 334)에 의해 주어진 부하의존 특성에 의한 목표보상차압의 저하 양쪽에 대하여 하한설정 수단으로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 수단(60)은 상기 유압펌프(1)의 토출압력과 상기 복수의 액추에이터(2-6)의 최고 부하압과의 차압에 의해 변화되지 않는 값을 상기 목표보상차압으로서 설정하는 수단이며,상기 제4 수단(55)은 상기 제3 수단(332, 334)에 의해 주어진 부하의존 특성에 의한 목표보상차압의 저하에 대하여 하한설정 수단으로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제4 수단(55)은 상기 제2 수단(331, 336 ; 60)에 의해 설정되고, 상기 제3 수단(332, 334)에 의해 보정되는 목표보상차압이 소정치에 달하면, 상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12 ; 12B)의 스풀(311)에 개방방향의 가압력을 부여하는 가압수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 가압수단(55)은 상기 제2 수단(331, 336 ; 60)에 의해 설정되고, 상기 제3 수단(332, 334)에 의해 보정되는 목표보상차압이 소정치에 달하면, 상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12 ; 12B)의 스풀(311)에 작용하여, 상기 스풀을 개방방향으로 가압하는 하한설정 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제4 수단(55A)은 상기 제2 수단(331, 336)에 의해 설정되고, 상기 제3 수단(332, 334)에 의해 보정되는 목표보상차압에 항상 보조적인 값을 부가하는 가압수단이며,상기 선회섹션의 방향변환밸브(7A)는 그 미터인(meter-in) 가변스로틀의 개구면적이 상기 가압수단(55A)에 의해 부가되는 보조적인 값의 목표보상압 상당분만큼 선회섹션 이외의 방향변환밸브(8-11)의 개구면적보다 작아지도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 가압수단(55A)은 상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12A)의 스풀(311)의 개방방향으로 항상 작용하는 선회우선 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
