Claims (9)
- 본 발명에 따르면, 라이오셀 직물이나 폴리노직 직물을 염색하고 마감처리하는 방법에서, 이 방법이(1) (i)직물에 고농도의 염료 침착이 달성되고, (ii)직물의 피브릴화가 일어나서 염색된 직물이 일차 피브릴화되는 조건하에 로프 형태의 직물을 반응성 염료를 포함하는 용액으로 처리하는 단계,(2) 로프 형태의 직물에 셀룰라제 용액을 단일 중간 헹굼 정도로 처리하고, 셀룰라제의 작용에 의하여 일차 피브릴 들을 제거하는데 효과적인 조건하에 용액과 직물의 접촉을 유지하므로서 염색된 직물이 낮은 피브릴화도를 나타내도록 하는 단계,(3) (i) 셀룰라제가 변성되고, (ii) 직물에 제2 피브릴화가 유도되어 제2 피브릴화가 염색된 직물에 나타나도록 용액이 직물과 접촉하는 동안에 용액의 온도를 올리는 단계, 및(4) 직물을 건조하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로우스 직물 처리방법.
- 제1항에서, 이 방법이 단계(1)과 (2) 사이에 중간 헹굼이 없음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에서, 단계(4)가 텀블링기에서 진행되고, 텀블링이 계속되어 완전 건조된 후에는 직물의 파일들이 세워지고 느슨하게 결합된 섬유들이 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 단계(1)이 다음의 단계:(i) 직물을 셀룰로우스용 반응성 염료를 포함하고 추가의 알카리를 포함하지 않는 염욕으로 처리하는 단계,(ii) 직물에 피브릴화가 나타날 때까지 직물과 접촉하는 염욕의 온도를 100-150℃로 올리는 단계,(iii) 염욕을 40-100℃의 온도 범위로 냉각시키는 단계,(iv) 염욕에 알카리를 첨가하는 단계, 및(v) 염료가 직물에 완정하게 고착되도록 하기 위하여 직물과 염욕이 접촉상태를 유지하도록 하는 단계들을 순차적으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에서, 단계(i)에서의 염욕의 pH가 pH 완충제의 첨가에 의하여 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 라이오셀 직물 또는 폴리노직 직물을 염색 및 마무리하는 방법에서, 이 방법이(A) 로프 형태의 직물에 (i) 직물에 고농도의 염료 염착이 이루어지도록 하고 (ii)직물에 피브릴화가 일어나서 염색된 직물에 일차 피브릴화가 나타나도록 하는 조건하에 첨가된 알카리 없이 셀룰로스와 반응할 수 있는 반응성 염료 용액을 처리하는 단계,(B) 염욕에 셀룰라제를 첨가하는 단계,(C) 셀룰라제의 첨가에 의하여 일차 피브릴들이 제거되고 그에 따라 염색된 직물에 피브릴 정도가 낮게 나타나도록 하는 조건하에 염욕과 직물의 접촉을 유지하는 단계,(D) (i) 셀룰라제가 변성되고, (ii) 직물에 제2 피브릴화가 일어나서 염색된 직물에 제2 피브릴화가 나타나도록 염욕이 직물과 접촉하는 동안 염욕의 온도를 올리는 단계, 및(E) 직물을 건조하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로우스 직물 처리방법.
- 제6항에서, 단계(A)가 100-150℃의 온도 범위에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 이 방법이 단계(3)과 (4) 또는 단계(D)와 (E) 사이에 헹굼 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중의 한 항에서, 단계(4) 또는 단계(5)의 직전에 직물 연화제를 직물에 처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
