Claims (5)
- 배기가스의 환류로에 배설가능한 환류장치본체와, 2개의 폐쇄밸브가 형성된 가동부재와, 환류장치본체의 내부에 형성되고, 당해 가동부재가 이동가능하게 배설되는 가동공간과,상기 환류장치본체의 외면으로부터 가동공간의 중앙부에 연통하도록 개설된 제1의 환류용구멍과, 상기 제1의 환류용구멍과는 다른 환류장치본체의 외면위치로부터 가동공간의 양단부에 연통하도록 개설된 제2의 환류용구멍과, 상기 가동부재가 상기 가동공간의 일방향측에 설정될 때에, 상기 폐쇄밸브와 맞닿서 가동공간의 중앙부와 각 양단부와의 연통을 폐쇄하는 2개의 밸브시트를 갖는 배기가스 환류장치에 있어서,제1의 환류용구멍의 가동공간으로의 연통에 의해 형성되는 제1의 가동공간 개구부 또는 제2의 환류용구멍의 가동공간으로의 연통에 의해 형성되는 2개의 제2의 가동공간개구부의 양쪽은 가동공간내의 폐쇄밸브의 이동범위외에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 환류장치.
- 배기가스의 환류로에 배설가능한 환류장치본체와, 2개의 폐쇄밸브가 형성된 가동부재와, 환류장치본체의 내부에 형성되고, 당해 가동부재가 이동가능하게 배설되는 가동공간과,상기 환류장치본체의 측면으로부터 가동공간의 중앙부에 연통하도록 개설된 제1의 환류용구멍과, 상기 제1의 환류용구멍과는 다른 환류장치본체의 측면위치로부터 가동공간의 양단부에 연통하도록 개설된 제2의 환류용구멍과, 상기 가동부재가 상기 가동공간의 일방향측이 설정된 때에 상기 각 폐쇄밸브와 맞닿서, 가동공간의 중앙부와 각 양단부와의 연통을 폐쇄하는 2개의 밸브시트를 갖는 배기가스 환류장치에 있어서, 2개의 폐쇄밸브는 함께 제1의 환류용구멍의 가동공간으로의 연통에 의해 형성되는 제1의 가동공간개구부 또는 제2의 환류용구멍의 가동공간으로의 연통에 의해 형성되는 2개의 제2의 가동공간개구부의 양쪽과 겹치지않는 범위에서 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가가스 환류장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,가동부재는 모터에 의해 가동제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 환류장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,배기가스는 제1의 환류용구멍으로부터 유입하고, 가동부재는 2개의 폐쇄밸브가 고정배치되는 동시에 환류장치본체를 관통하도록 배설된 가동축을 갖고, 이 가동축의 베어링은 가동축의 폐쇄밸브보다 외측의 양쪽 또는 한쪽에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 환류장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,환류장치본체가, 가동공간의 한쪽의 단부에 2개의 밸브시트의 외형보다도 큰 조립구멍이 개설된 하우징과, 당해 조립구멍을 폐쇄하는 조립구멍 폐쇄부재로 되고, 2개의 밸브시트가 당해 조립구멍에 가까운 측의 것이 당해 조립구멍에 먼측의 것보다도 외형이 크게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 환류장치.
