Abstract

PURPOSE: A fermentation process of food waste is preferably provided to mass produce good quality of compost and feed by fermenting food waste or excretions from livestock breeding with aerobic bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation and composting process of food waste is performed by introducing aerobic thermopile into the waste, together with air and heating source to ferment the waste. During fermentation process, fermentation heat is generated and used for the process. Microorganisms and promotor or catalyst can be added to the process and particularly, the catalyst stimulates bacteria to alter sodium ions and to make gaseous chlorine in food waste to be discharged outside. The aerobic fermenting stage is continued for 3-7 days followed by ageing stage for 3-7 days.
