Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed processing, and particularly relates to a processing formula and a process of a biological feed for breeding fly maggots or black soldier flies.
Background
The natural humidity of the yellow mealworm and the barley pest excrement sand is lower, generally about 12 percent, is equivalent to that of wheat bran, the physical structure of the yellow mealworm and the barley pest excrement sand is porous particles, a large amount of water molecules can be adsorbed, the nutritive value of the yellow mealworm and the barley pest sand is very high, about 24 percent of crude protein of the yellow mealworm and the barley pest excrement sand is detected, and a lot of available trace elements and the like exist.
However, a large amount of distiller's grains or fruit residues in a winery or fruit drink processing factory cause great inconvenience in treatment and transportation due to very high water content, and if the waste residues are pressed down, the nutrient content of the waste residues can be greatly reduced, and the discharge of waste water is also a very headache problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: in order to solve the problems, a processing formula and a process for a biological feed for breeding fly maggots or black soldier flies are provided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the processing formula and the process for the biological feed for breeding the maggots or the black soldier flies comprise the following steps:
s1: selecting several common waste residue varieties, such as distiller's grains of liquor factory, fruit residues of fruit juice factory, water chestnut residues of water chestnut powder factory, apple residues of apple vinegar factory, etc., adding yellow mealworm feces and barley mealworm feces according to the water content of the waste residues, and uniformly mixing at lowest cost in adsorption ratio
S2: wherein the waste residues can be selected from vinasse, water chestnut residues, bagasse, apple residues and the like, and the waste residues comprise 40-50 parts by weight of waste residues, 20-30 parts by weight of yellow mealworm excrement sand and barley insect excrement sand: 20-30 parts of bacterial liquid, 5-10 parts of bacterial liquid and 10-15 parts of corn flour;
s3: mixing and stirring the raw materials uniformly, putting the mixture into a specific fermentation barrel, sealing and fermenting for 3-5 days, setting the temperature at 25-28 ℃, and putting the mixture in a place where the sun cannot be directly irradiated indoors;
s4: observing the propagation condition of bacteria in the first three days of fermentation, if too much gas is generated by fermentation, exhausting gas by a gas valve to slightly open a cover to discharge the gas and observing the color change and the odor change of the fermented product, and then sealing the fermentation for about three days to finish the fermentation
In a preferred embodiment, in step S4, if the color is yellow or bright and the smell is sour and fragrant, the fermentation is successful, and the fermentation is continued for about three days after degassing and sealing.
In a preferred embodiment, the moisture requirements of the maggots and black soldier flies on the feed in step S4 are just similar, so that it is generally recommended that the biological feed be taken out for feeding the young maggots which have been hatched.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step S4, the cover is taken out layer by layer from the surface layer each time the cover is used, and the continuous cover which is not used up is kept tight. Because the fermentation water content of the waste residue is generally 40-60%.
In a preferred embodiment, in step S3, before the raw material is added to the interior of the fermenter, the interior of the fermenter is cleaned and sterilized with 98& alcohol, and then the fermenter is dried sufficiently for use.
In a preferred embodiment, in step S3, a temperature measuring device may be fixedly installed inside the fermentation tank, so as to monitor the temperature inside the fermentation tank in real time.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the formula can give full play to the secondary utilization of the nutritional ingredients of various waste residues, and a scientific proportion is designed according to the requirements of insects on protein and feeding characteristics, so that the biological feed contains rich protein, and macromolecules in the waste residues, such as group fibers, lignin and the like, which cannot be directly absorbed by animals, are decomposed into micromolecular nutritional substances, multiple trace elements and the like which can be well fed and absorbed by fly maggots and black soldier flies under the action of probiotics and enzymes.
2. In the invention, specific flora is selected in the interior, and the yellow mealworm and the barley pest excrement are generally used as low-price fertilizer or raw materials of a fertilizer pond, but the invention develops a path with higher added value for the utilization of the yellow mealworm and the barley pest excrement; meanwhile, a new treatment auxiliary material with low cost and high nutritive value is provided for a plurality of waste residue treatment plants, and the high-quality resource of insect excrement can be fully combined and utilized.

s2: wherein the waste residues can be selected from vinasse, water chestnut residues, bagasse, apple residues and the like, and the waste residues comprise 40-50 parts by weight of waste residues, 20-30 parts by weight of yellow mealworm excrement sand and barley insect excrement sand: 20-30 parts of bacterial liquid, 5-10 parts of bacterial liquid and 10-15 parts of corn flour;
s3: mixing and stirring the raw materials uniformly, putting the mixture into a specific fermentation barrel, sealing and fermenting for 3-5 days, setting the temperature at 25-28 ℃, and putting the mixture in a place where the sun cannot be directly irradiated indoors;
s4: observing the propagation condition of the bacteria in the first three days of fermentation, if the gas generated by fermentation is too much, exhausting the gas valve to slightly open the cover to discharge the gas and observing the color change and the smell change of the fermented product, and then sealing the fermentation for about three days to finish the fermentation.
2. The processing formula and the process for the biological feed for breeding maggots or hermetia illucens according to claim 1, wherein the processing formula comprises the following steps: in the step S4, if the color is yellow or bright and the smell is sour and fragrant, the fermentation is successful at first appearance, and the fermentation is continued for about three days after the air is exhausted and the cover is sealed.
3. The processing formula and the process for the biological feed for breeding maggots or hermetia illucens according to claim 1, wherein the processing formula comprises the following steps: in step S4, the moisture requirements of the maggots and black soldier flies on the feed are just similar, so that it is generally recommended that the biological feed be taken out for feeding the hatched larvae.
4. The processing formula and the process for the biological feed for breeding maggots or hermetia illucens according to claim 1, wherein the processing formula comprises the following steps: in step S4, the lid is taken out layer by layer from the surface layer each time the use is made, and the lid is kept tight without being used up. Because the fermentation moisture content of the waste residue is generally 40% -60%.
5. The processing formula and the process for the biological feed for breeding maggots or hermetia illucens according to claim 1, wherein the processing formula comprises the following steps: in the step S3, before the raw material is added into the fermentation vat, the interior of the fermentation vat is cleaned and sterilized with 98& alcohol, and then the fermentation vat is fully dried for standby.
6. The processing formula and the process for the biological feed for breeding maggots or hermetia illucens according to claim 1, wherein the processing formula comprises the following steps: in step S3, a temperature measuring device may be fixedly installed inside the fermentation tank to monitor the temperature inside the fermentation tank in real time.
