Claims (8)
- 오폐수의 유량을 조정하는 유량조정조(10)로부터 오폐수를 공급받아 혐기미생물을 증식시키도록 상부에는 배양토 층(26)이 마련되고 내부에는 교반수단(23)이 마련된 혐기성반응조(20);상기 혐기성반응조로부터 공급되는 오폐수를 공급받아 호기성미생물을 증식시키도록 상부에는 배양토 층(36)이 마련되고 그 하부에는 미생물접촉 층(39)과 산기관(33)이 마련된 호기성반응조(30);상기 호기성반응조로부터 공급되는 오폐수를 공급받아 그 오폐수의 침전물을 침전시키는 침전조(40);상기 침전조로부터 공급되는 오폐수를 공급받아 여과시키도록 상부에는 배양토 층(56)이 마련되고 그 하부에는 필터 층(57)과 산기관(53)이 마련된 여과조(50);상기 여과조로부터 공급되는 여과수를 공급받아 산소를 폭기 시키면서 방류시키는 방류조(60);를 포함하는 구성을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유량조정조의 상부에는 지지수단(11)이 마련되고 그 지지수단 상에는 골재(12)층이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성반응조, 호기성반응조, 여과조에 마련된 배양토 층은 각각의 지지수단(21,31,51)에 의해 지지되고 그 지지수단에 의해 지지된 배양토 층은 하부는 골재(22,32,52)층이고 그 상부는 마사토와 부엽토를 혼합하여된 것임을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 골재가 빠져나가지 않을 정도의 간격으로 배열되고 그 배열된 지지수단은 상기 배양토의 하중을 견딜 수 있는 강도를 갖는 봉 형태임을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호기성반응조에 마련된 미생물접촉 층은 각종 캔과 합성수지 병을 모아서 된 것이고 그 캔과 합성수지병은 상기 호기성반응조의 형성과 준하도록 제작된 박스(39a)형태의 스크린체 내부에 수용시켜서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물접촉 층이 마련된 호기성반응조 내에는 상기 미생물접촉 층의 하부에 위치한 오폐수를 미생물접촉 층 상부로 끌어올리는 바이패스관(37)이 마련되고 그 바이패스관의 일측에는 에어공급관(38)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과조내에 마련된 필터 층은 숯과 모래를 혼합하여 된 것이고 그 숯과 모래는 그물 망(57a)에 수용시켜서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침전조와 여과조의 사이에는 각종 캔과 합성수지병을 모아서 된 미생물접촉 층(71)이 마련되고 그 미생물접촉 층의 상부에는 침전조에서 배출되는 오폐수를 공급하는 공급관(72)이 배열되고 하부에는 여과조로 배출하는 배출관(73)이 배열된 미생물증식조(70)를 마련하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리시스템,
