Claims (8)
- 수확기 이전의 성장기 동안, 알곡 묘목으로부터 미래에 수확될 복수의 알곡의 품질을 평가하는 방법에 있어서,소정 파장대의 빛을 알곡 묘목의 성장기 동안의 소정 시기에 성장기의 알곡 묘목의 잎에 조사하여 얻은 알곡의 특정품질에 관련된 흡수도와 수확 후의 동일 알곡으로부터 얻은 특정품질에 기초하여 수확 후의 알곡의 특정 품질을 평가하는 품질변환계수를 설정하는 단계, 및상기 품질변환계수 및 소정의 시기에 현재 성장중인 알곡 묘목의 잎으로부터 얻은 상기 특정품질에 관련된 흡수도에 기초하여 미래에 수확될 알곡의 품질을 평가하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 품질변환계수는 상기 묘목 알곡의 성장기 동안 복수의 소정 시기에 각각의 흡수도로부터 구해지며, 상기 특정품질은 수확 후의 동일한 알곡으로부터 구해지며, 수확할 알곡의 품질은 상기 품질변환계수 및 상기 복수의 소정 시기에 현재 성장중인 알곡 묘목의 잎으로부터 얻어낸 상기 특정품질에 관련된 상기 각각의 흡수도에 기초하여 평가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 특정품질은 단백질 함량에 관련된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상이한 소정 시기에 평가된 알곡의 품질은 동시에 디스플레이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수확기 이전의 성장기 동안, 알곡 묘목으로부터 미래에 수확될 복수의 알곡의 품질을 평가하는 장치에 있어서,소정의 파장대의 빛을 알곡 묘목의 잎에 조사하기 위한 광원수단,상기 광원수단으로부터 현재 성장중인 알곡 묘목의 잎에 빛을 조사하여 얻어낸 전송광 및 반사광 중의 적어도 하나의 광을 수광하는 수광수단,수확 후의 알곡의 특정 품질을 평가하기 위한 품질변환계수를 저장하기 위한 저장수단,상기 품질변환계수 및 소정의 시기에 현재 성장중의 알곡 묘목의 잎으로부터 상기 수광수단에 의해 얻어낸 수광량으로부터 변환된 흡수도로부터 알곡의 품질을 연산하기 위한 연산수단 및상기 연산수단에 의한 연산결과를 가시적으로 디스플레이하기 위한 디스플레이 수단을 구비하며,상기 품질변환계수는 알곡 묘목의 성장기 동안의 소정 시기에 성장중인 알곡 묘목의 잎에 빛을 조사하여 얻어낸 흡수도로부터 연산되며, 상기 특정품질은 수확 후 동일한 알곡으로부터 얻어 낸 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 저장수단은 수확 후 알곡의 특정품질을 평가하기 위하여, 성장중인 복수의 소정 시기에 알곡 묘목의 잎에 빛을 조사하여 얻어낸 흡수도로부터 연산된 품질변환계수를 저장하며, 상기 특정품질은 수확 후 동일한 알곡으로부터 얻어 낸 것이며, 상기 저장수단은 복수의 소정의 시기에 현재 성장기의 알곡 묘목의 잎에 빛을 조사하여 얻어낸 각각의 수광량 또는 이 수광량으로부터 변환된 각각의 흡수도를 추가로 저장하며,상기 연산장치는 복수의 소정의 시기에 현재 성장기의 알곡의 묘목의 잎으로부터의 수광량을 흡수도로 변환하여, 이 변환된 흡수도와 상기 품질변환계수에 기초하여 장래에 수확될 알곡의 품질을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 특정품질은 단백질 함량에 관련된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 수단은 상이한 소정의 시기에 평가된 알곡의 품질을 동시에 디스플레이하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
